Induruwa Beach Resort

The hotel has beautiful outlook, all rooms have beautiful sea view. Location is best for beach and there are some small shops and restaurants opposite to the hotel. We enjoyed the relaxation at the beach side and pool area. Renovation is still in progress, minor repairs are better for the future.

Staff was very friendly and food is decent ,but should serve Fresh Fruit Juices for morning breakfast instead of Cordials. Room was spacious . could do with a touch of maintenance round the edges.

Hotelli kulunut 70 luvun paikka. Epäsiistin oloista. Lintuja joka paikka täynnä jotka peseytyivät uima-alhaalla. Kulkukoirat majailivat ja ulostivat hotellin pihalle. Parvekeella linnun kakkaa . Porealtaat käytössä vain kahtena päivänä. Ainut positiivinen asia olivat ystävälliset siivoojat sekä monipuolinen aamiainen.huoneemme ilmastointi ei toiminut ja vasta 1 vuorokauden jälkeen saimme vaihtaa huonetta. Tässä hotelissa hinta/ laatusuhde eivät kohdanneet.

Control over restaurant staff and restaurant work poor....we were served left over food and that too in cold state, straight from the fridge!!! Of course on being pointed out, hotel manager apologised and rectified it. But leaves a doubt if that is a practice of serving old food re-heated.

This hotel is only for Russian everything is in Russian and anything I ask they have said " I don't know " I have asked for car " I don't know " , I have asked for supper market " I don't know ". I was told that my booking was over booking but they are going to offer me a room which I found out that it was a room not been used for some time condition of the room was very bad , air condition almost didn't worked had not hot water for shower . I felt like I haIve been given a room under their mercy ( Very bad , I should request hotels.com to remove this hotel )

كل شي ممتاز وعلى البحر مباشرة ولكن التكييف سي جداجدا وماعدا ذلك فهو ممتاز اشكر جميع العاملين به وعلى الاخص ميشيل

Had a very bad experience. Had an issue with our booking & the hotel staff was not co-operative. I had received my booking confirmation but your website did not intimate the hotel for our booking & did not send them the voucher. Had to wait for 2 hours to resolve the matter to get our rooms as the hotel said that since they've not received the payment they will not provide us with the room.

We loved this place!

It has beautiful beach. lack of maintenance make hotel older than it was.

Плюсы: расположение; ежедневная смена белья; нормальное питание; обеспечение лежаками, матами, полотенцами; немногочисленность людей на береговой полосе. Минусы: 1. интернет - только на территории лобби, 2-3 дня в неделю не работает, а если работает, то скорость очень невысокая; 2. телевизор - старый с диагональю 50 см, без русских каналов и без мировых новостных каналов; 3. полное отсутствие культурной программы; 4. вечером гулять негде - территория отеля небольшая, на берегу темно, вдоль дорог гулять невозможно из-за отсутствия тротуаров; 5. ни разу за две недели не сливали воду из бассейна; 6. решетка кондиционера грязная и, стало быть, фильтр такой же.

Vi besökte detta hotell för 13 år sedan då var det ett lyxhotell. Hotellets skick mycket dåligt, personal med trasiga kläder. Wifi endast i lobby. Maten urdålig, samma mat i 5 dagar. Vi lämnade hotellet 1 dag för tidigt på grund av detta. Vi är mycket besvikna på hotels.com på grund av allt strul med avbokningar 2 st i Bentota. Vi kunde ej göra planerade utflykter på grund av detta och vårt besök blev inte vad vi tänkt oss.

Отель на слабую троечку. Обслуживающий персонал доброжелательный. Для тех, кто будет не требует изысков.

The hotel front looks very dirty with no one at entrance to take bags.I have booked three rooms and hotel has got only two rooms . Had to discuss the matter with hotel and expedia two times wasting 30 minutes and calling India using my personal phone. In the rooms there were no water to drink. When checked I was told such is not given. There were no tea, coffee or suger and there was a kettle with two cups ( not sure what they were expecting us to do). The rooms had cushions which probably not was washed for ages. I asked them to send a travel adapter and the reception told me that they don't have such and I cannot think how they can survive in travel industry. To add to the troubles, the hotel pool had a dog drinking water directly. Two stray dogs was running around the hotel and no one seems caring about it. Food was good but had very limited choices. During the lunch there was no desserts except some fruits that were present even in the breakfast.
