The staff is simply excellent. Polite, thoughtful problem solving and fast in doing so. Wifi speed and quality excellent. Two pools good for laps but not deep enough. Sauna and steam room not always on. Decor old fashioned and some of the structures need updating. Thank you to Sudesh, Amna, Susan and Saleh

Excellent rapport qualité prix. Certes la décoration des chambres est assez anciennes mais le reste rattrape tout. Très bon choix au buffet avec un petit déjeuner et un dîner qui en vaut la peine. Merci aux personnels pour leur sourire et leur réactivité dès que l’on avait besoin de quelque chose. Un grand merci à Mohammed, un serveur au petit soin et d’une très grande gentillesse.

Rigtig godt hotel! Dejlig pool og sødt personale. Værelset var en smule fugtigt da man ikke kunne åbne vinduet og lufte ud. Man kunne ikke booke Uber fra hotellet, hvilket var lidt træls

Hotel impecable digno de un Sheraton brand. Habitaciones limpias amplias y equipada con mini bar café e te . Cualquier tipo de confort . Desayuno completo y buena calidad con acceso a piscina. Bonito ambiente para pasar un par de día en la capital Omani . Muy cerca de la zona antigua y pesquera de Muttrah, y las playas más modernas y diferente arquitectura de Qurum, aunque para todo sirve taxi, porque la ciudad es muy vasta y no se puede recorrer andando. El hotel dispone de 2 restaurantes, un argentino de buena calidad para parrilla, su nombre es Asado de hecho. Hay disponibilidad de taxi justo delante del hotel que son un poco más caros de lo que se pueden pedir con las apps, y los únicos autorizados a entrar hasta delante del hotel. Precio decente y aceptable por el estándar y calidad del hotel

Goed hotel, mooi zwembad, vriendelijke medewerkers, goed uitgebreid ontbijt. Kamers ruim. Badkamer mag nieuwe upgrade krijgen. Douche in bad met douchegordijn niet meer van deze tijd.

L’hôtel est parfait, le petit déjeuner également. Le service et le personnel est très agréable, petit bémol sur la qualité de la nourriture, proposée qui mériterait plus de produits frais, travaillés à la minute sur des planches à snacker et au lieu de plats qui sèchent au fil du temps sur le buffet.
