Very nice place with perfect kitchen. We managed to cook some simple dishes and the apartment is very spacious.

房間乾淨整潔，沙發床也很好睡，還有餐桌及非常齊全的鍋具組， 位置也不錯，搭通勤火車離市區只要十分鐘，就是小了點，行李攤開後顯得有些壅擠。

The Apartment-style hotel provides very comfort bed and room facilities to stay with. Its location is a plus; it takes only 3 minutes walk to Alvsjo station and nearby stores/shops--Coop, Subway, Pressbyran,..etc. If like quick and nice meal, the L bar at the Motel L that situates at the 1F of the same building offers tasty Italian noodle and burgers, where the coffee and hot tea are offered complimentary. The only inconvenience is no place to store luggages for whom arrive in early morning or depart for late night flights.

离市区很方便，坐城铁很方便。周围有很多超市，适合家庭住宿，房间基本是自助的，不需要服务人员。多人出行的话房间会较小，一家3人应该刚刚好。很满意的一次住宿！

Det är så här man ska bo! Fantastiskt! Enkelt att boka, bra kommunikation. Som gammal lokalvårdare ser man med ”städögat” och kanske behövs det dammas lite högre upp te.x sladdar och tavelramar. Annars rent och fint. Kommer definitivt att boka här igen!

Wir waren für 5 Tage in Stockholm und in der Unterkunft mehr als Begeistert. Das Zimmer war groß und sauber und die Küche mit allem ausgestattet was wir brauchten. Die Nähe zum Bahnhof war perfekt und von dort waren wir in ca. 10 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Trotz der Nähe war es im Zimmer sehr leise. Die Lage mit direkter Nähe zum Supermarkt, Bäcker, Apotheke ist auch ideal!

Nice and quiet apartment in great neighborhood and close to pendeltåg. It was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. Just the TV shut down every 15 minutes automatically and the shower hose could be renewed.

Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti..l’appartamento è carino ed essenziale. Probabilmente l’unica nota negativa è l’assenza di una presa elettrica in bagno (dovevi asciugare i capelli in soggiorno) e la mancanza di un vero piatto doccia ma abbiamo scoperto essere una cosa comune in nord Europa. Di fatto quando si fa la doccia si “allaga” il bagno! Metro molto vicina e anche un supermercato a 3 minuti a piedi. Posizione ottima in 10 minuti si è in centro. Sicuramente lo consiglio e ci tornerei se dovessi ritornare a Stoccolma.

S Todo bien, solo lo que no me ha gustado es que las ventanas no se pueden abrir para airear la habitación, por lo demás en cuanto a comunicación y transporte correcto en 10 minutos estás en el centro

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit perfekter Anbindung an den ÖPNV. Beim Parken des PKw ist ein klein wenig Recherche nötig. Grundversorgung und einige Möglichkeiten zum Essen sind ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar.

Das Hotel befindet sich nahe dem Bahnhof und ist in wenigen Schritten schnell zu erreichen. Von dort sind es drei Stationen bis Stockholm City. Man ist also schnell vor Ort. Bei geschlossenen Fenster hört man auch nahezu nichts von den Bahngeräuschen. Das apartdirect Hotel ist im Motel M mit integriert, hat allerdings einen separaten Eingang und ist nur über einen vorab versendeten Keycode betretbar. Dieser Code dient auch zum Zugang der Zimmertür. Bei Fragen oder Problemen kann man nur telefonisch über eine Hotlinenummer jemanden erreichen, da es keine Rezeption gibt. Wir hatten ein Apartment mit kleiner Küche. Eine Grundausstattung für 4 Personen war da. Auch die Möglichkeit zu Kochen (2 Kochfelder) war gegeben. Großer Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Fön vor Ort. Das Apartment war etwas " abgewohnt", hier und da mal eine Schramme, aber ansonsten in Ordnung. Wir waren eine Woche dort und haben uns wohl gefühlt. Einen Reinigungsservice gibt es nicht vor Ort.
