dårlig rom..får et hc rom som ligger i 2 etg. gamle vinduer så det er konstant støy utenfra. automatisk døråpner som gikk lett opp om du bare var i nærheten brytere og da ble døren stående åpen til rommet inntil den lukket atomatisk, veldig dumt når du ikke er rullestolbruker. badet var så stort og upersonlig. rommet ellers var ok innredet. frokost på rommet var dårlig i dag var det til og med hår på toppen av fruktskålen. i dag fikk vi tre omeletter, to scrambel egg(bestilte 1 omelett og 1 scrambel egg 2 bank brekfast… 1 fruktskal i dag og i går fikk vi 2 og to identiske fat med pålegg i dag og i går fikk vi 1 fat pålegg. ikke kontoll på noe når det gjelder frokost på rommet skuffende dårlig opplenelse. SEK 1100 pr.døgn for parkering

Check-in was chaotic
Arrived at 10.30 am and registered
As expected we were told our room was not ready and to return later, which we did
We came back to the hotel at 2.30 pm to be told that our room was still not ready but it would only be a few minutes before it was ready
It was actually 3.30 pm before our room was ready
Many other people who came after us were immediately able to check in and were given their rooms on arrival
The incorrect information re our room availability messed up our day’s plans

This is such a great hotel. The rooma are small, but that's the only small minus. Everything else is wonderful--the breakfast, staff, location, bars (rooftop and next to the lobby), and dinner at the restaurant. We loved it and will definitely stay here again.

The staff was amazing suggesting place to see and fabulous restaurants. On the last day with an early flight at 6am they arranged a ride and a breakfast including cappuccino to take on the taxi ride to the airport. The roof top bar if the absolute bomb don’t miss it for the drinks and views. Everything was perfect and we felt well cared for on our 5 day stay.

The hotel was extremely well positioned, allowing us to walk each direction to all points of interest. Very close to many dining option which we loved including the rooftop bar. Room was a little noisy. Overall great stay.

Standard small luxury hotel. Comfortable and clean room. However, the staff was not particularly friendly at check-in. House keeping service was not as efficient as the other hotel we stayed during this trip.
The breakfast was rather disappointing to be honest. We have had much better one in Oslo.
Gym was small and standard.
