We had a great stay at Generator Stockholm! The location is perfect, walking distance to Central Station and easy to explore the city. The vibe is fun and social, but still comfortable. Our room was clean and modern, bring your towel or pay extra. We had breakfast next door and it was delicious! We were also celebrating a birthday, and they surprised her with a dessert, which made it extra special. I’d definitely stay here again!

Alltid bra på Generator, sköna sängar och fina sängkläder. Rent och välordnat intryck. Dusch och toalett på rummet.
Det tråkiga är väl att allt verkar helst viljas skötas digitalt.
Helst både in och ut checking utan mänsklig Kontakt.
Men jag bryr mig inte om dessa mejl, jag går till disken när jag kommer och tackar för mig när jag går. Det är också en del av en vistelse att få en personlig och trevlig kontakt.

Not recommend people to stay at this hotel. It is not allowed to temporarily keep luggage on reception if arrived hotel earlier. Need to pay extra money to rent a locker. Not convenient at all.

Not like other hostels. You do not have a lot of seating area by the reception and also can’t consume food or drinks bought outside the hostel. There is limited opportunity to connect with others and the check in/out process is almost all done by yourself.

Las condiciones están muy bien, queda cerca de la estación central de metro y trenes.
Personalmente no vi que fuera hostal, por lo cual es importante tener en cuenta que las toallas se piden con tiempo.
El baño es como una cabina y dentro del cuarto y no me encantó, fuera de eso todo en orden

La habitación para 6 es poco espaciosa y pensé que al reservar era un tipo hotel pero no, era hostal y tuvimos que rentar toallas porque no estaban incluidas; pero en general bien; la ubicación es buena cerca de la estación central

Very basic accommodation. There is not much restaurants or cafes in the area and the hostel dining options are very limited. They also do not allow you to bring food inside so that is very inconvenient especially if you're travelling with family, let alone an elderly parent with diabetes. Oh well, maybe we just missed this from the fine print but I don't like it and why would even have a policy like this at all? Not everyone who stays here are backpackers.
I tried to give 3 stars bec of the 2 staff who were accommodating and answered my questions.

It is advertised as hotel in the platform, but it is fact a hostel. We stayed in a double room with bathroom. The bathroom was like a pod, and you could hear anyone flush in other places at anytime of the day.

Basic hotel, alleen kamer, bed en badkamer, verder geen faciliteiten op de kamer. Ligging was prima. Badkamer was erg vies, flinke pakket lange, zwarte haren op de muur en grond die er duidelijk al een tijd aanwezig waren. Dit gemeld bij de receptie, de volgende dag zou dit opgelost worden. Daar werd niet aan voldaan. Kregen het gevoel niet serieus genomen te worden. Hiervoor ook geen compensatie gekregen. Dit heeft het algemene belevingsgevoel bij dit hotel zeer nadelig beïnvloed.
