The hotel is in the center of the old town, easily walkable to all the sightseeing near by and the room rate is reasonable. Highly recommended for those who want to visit Stockholm.

Room advertising was deceptive — details like lack of private bathrooms were cleverly hidden. The rooms were photographed to appear nicer and larger than they actually were in person. Cleanliness was bad and walls were thin.

Meget centralt hotel i Stockholm, beliggenheden taler det helt klart op. Hotellet var fint og rent, også vores værelse som lå i kælderen. Det fælles toilet og bad var også fint nok, lige på nær en frygtelig støj, når man trak i toilettet. De var søde på hotellet at opbevare vores bagage. Jeg var ikke helt vildt med kode systemet, ift at komme ind på værelset, det var svært at se tastaturet. Men alt i alt er fint hotel

Amazing historical hotel in the most beautiful location. Super easy to find and the staff were so sweet and beyond accommodating. We had a room with no windows but it was still the coolest stay we had on our whole trip! I highly recommend if you're into unique places to stay

Som gæst er det vigtigt, at læse alle informationer f. eks. kan værelse uden vinduer betyde, at man sover i kælderen ( her kan det have været et fangehul eller en vinkælder. Det er ikke tilgængeligt med gangbesvær, med 5 trin op til receptionen,12 trin ned til døren og to trin ned i værelset. Lyset kan man ikke nå, før man er et trin nede. Udluftningen blæser med en stille brummen direkte ind i hovedenden af sengen. I bruseren står, at man skal passe på, at man ikke skaber oversvømmelse, men hvis den er på vej starter en pumpe, så man tror undergrundsbanen kører lige forbi. Beliggenheden er dog fantastisk i forhold til havn og gamle stan

The location is very nice. However, it was also quite noisy outside on the weekends, which is to be expected but still something to consider when deciding on a hotel. Our toilet didn't flush properly sometimes and the staff told us it would be fixed, this never happened and we had to fix it ourselves around every 2-3 times between using the toilet.

The room had a weird smell, my friend said it reminded her of a wet towel. Turns out the shower was on a platform and all the water leaked on the carpet, thus the smell in the room. We checked the reviews to see if it had happened to anyone else, and it had indeed. Also noticed some reviews about bedbugs at the same time. The price is cheap, yes, but maybe book somewhere else just for your own peace of mind. The location is good, yet very noisy (at least the upstairs) due to the busy street next to the hotel. Friendy staff.

Horrible experience. Got to the hotel, the code that they sent was wrong and couldn’t get into the room. I called the emergency number and tried for an hour, no one picked up. It was 11pm so we were stranded in Stockholm for the night as we couldn’t get another place as a walk-in. Don’t bother and book another place. They also never called back the next day to apologize or anything.

There were beg bugs or something in the room. It wasnt cleaned properly which cause the skin reaction on my body

The Hotel isn’t really on Skeppsbrokajen but on a side street. No front desk staff and no breakfast.

The receptionist was helpful annd polite and moved us to a better room after the first night. However, either in the first room or the second, or both, we were badly bitten by fleas or worse. The lack of hygiene is unacceptable in a hotel which costs more than £100 per night.

Plumbing broke my second night there, water from shower didn’t drain and flooded the floor. No one was at front desk and couldn’t get in touch with property manager. Wouldn’t recommend.

Trevlig personal i receptionen. Huset är från 1600 talet så man får acceptera vissa saker. Väldigt små rum och badrum, lyhört mot gatan men det har säkert med att man inte får sätta in bättre ljudisolerade fönster. Smutsiga och dammiga golvlister, ventialtionsdon dammiga. I badrummet saknade man en spegel och taklampan i badrummet saknade kupa. Tv:n på rummet hade inga kanaler så det hade varit bättre om den var borttagen. Soptunnan i badrummet var sönderrostad och locket löst. Avloppssystemet låter högt och om något annat rum kommer hem sent på natten så blir man väckt av deras spolande. Sitter liknande toaletter som på finlandsbåtar och flyg. De hade vattenkokare med kaffe och te i korridoren men inga koppar. Nära till slussen, gamla stan och båtarna vilket är en fördel.

Litet hotell med små rum, men väldigt smakfullt renoverat i källaren i Gamla Stan.
