Excellent Breakfast

The staff was very friendly and I really appreciated how conveniently located the hotel is in the city. Almost everything I wanted to do was either a 20 minute walk or 15 minute bus/train ride away.

We really enjoyed our stay here for 3 nights for a family of 5. The rooms had connected rooms as we requested and everything was smooth. Everyone at the reception and elsewhere were friendly and smiling. Every morning my son and I rode on the hotel’a own bicycle ans that was a truly superb way to start the day. Overall, everything was on walking distance and I definitely recommend this hotel for a Stockholm trip

Hotel was great central location and walking distance from Arlanda Express and metro. Great breakfast included. Clean, quiet and comfortable.

Nous sommes ravies de ce séjour en chambre familiale: 1338 euros pour 7 nuits, en plein centre ville de Stockholm. L'hôtel est situé à 2 min à pieds de la gare, et beaucoup de choses accessibles à pieds (rues piétonnes, centres commerciaux, restaurants). Seul bémol: ils ne font pas la chambre! Il faut le demander chaque jour, et même là le ménage est aléatoire...Un lit sur deux qui est fait, poubelles vidées mais pas de serviettes....c'est le seul point qui est à travailler. Le petit déjeuner est bien garni, beaucoup de choix et bons produits! Il faudrait juste varier quelques recettes car lorsqu'on reste une semaine, c'est tous les jours pareil...

Helt ok! Lite slitet bara. Sen är det väldigt trist att hotellen höjer priserna då det är mycket på gång i stan!

Great hotel in centre of the city. Price point is bit high.

Frukostvärdinna trots att vi betalar frukost Så hade hon minst sagt svårigheter och förutmjukande …väldigt tråkigt Den äldre kvinnan alla övriga väldigt bra Gick så långt att jag fick personligen hämta receptionspersonal som kunde informera frukost kvinnan att vi hade betalat …otroligt märkligt

・駅からも観光スポットからもアクセスが良い ・スタッフも設備も基本的に良い ・ソファーベッドは軋みがち ・朝食は毎日楽しみだった ・連泊だとゴミ箱やタオル交換をしてもらえないので、何か声をかける必要があったのだろうか？

Great location, spacious room

Trevligt centralt hotell. Bekvämt och bra frukost. Trevlig personal. Enda önskemålet är ett bevakat bagagerum, det är i dagsläget öppet för alla att gå in.

When we arrived, we were initially given the keys to a room that wasn’t ready, and it was very dirty. Mistakes like this can happen, so we didn’t make a fuss. We were then given our actual room, which was fine — nothing amazing, but acceptable. However, some nights were a nightmare for sleeping. Our room faced a bar/nightclub, and the music (mostly loud techno) went on until around 3 a.m. every night. I genuinely think the room should have at least triple glazing, because it’s ridiculous to be on holiday and not be able to sleep due to the noise. Breakfast was not included, which we knew, but the bigger issue was that the room was never cleaned during our five-day stay. We were told we had to request a cleaning service, so we did — once — but it never happened. After day four, we gave up and just lived in our own mess for the rest of the trip. Overall, it wasn’t the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, but it could have been much better. The idea of “ecology” or “sustainability” as a reason not to clean rooms regularly feels like a cop-out — it’s not eco-friendly, it’s just poor service.

Det enda vi saknade var ett skohorn.

Så fint bemötande och hjälp vi fick av personalen när vi Checkade in sent på kvällen. Mycket fint och trivsamt hotell. Vilken stor och god frukostbuffé. Vi kommer att boka där fler gånger, vi trivdes så bra där.

Lång tid i incheckning, annars allt bra.
