The room and bathroom were great! We had a family room on the 6th floor which meant I needed to carry my bags up and down five or so stairs. Since I’m 76 and have arthritis that can be problematic. When we were leaving the hotel we decided to use the staff (only) elevator to avoid the stairs. This created an awkward situation since the floors are numbered differently and we were having trouble getting out until we realized the hotel would have to have a way outside for emergencies. It would be great if there were a solution to the bags vs stairs problem.

Vi havde et dejligt ophold på en forlænget weekend med vores 4 årige søn. Han var endda gratis på hotellet, så længe han sov i vores seng, så vi havde kun booket til to voksne. Hotellet er pænt og rent, lækkert værelse osv. Ligger ikke langt fra hovedbanegården og gågaden.

Så nöjd att vi fick byta rum. Det första var så VAARMT. Rörigt vid frukosten. Tokigt att utcheckande gäster ska gå samma väg som de som äter frukost. Finns inte heller sittplats i foajen förräns efter frukost.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, die Zimmer waren schön eingerichtet und sauber. Der CheckIn-CheckOut problemlos. Leider war der Weg zu unserem Zimmer unheimlich kompliziert - wir müssen über mehrere Flure und Zwischengebäude laufen, 2 verschiedene Fahrstühle nutzen, die Beschilderung ist hierbei sehr schwierig und ausbaufähig gewesen. Dazu kam, das dass Zimmer keine Möglichkeiten Bat frische Luft hinein zu lassen. Die Klimaanlage hat nicht vernünftig funktioniert und die Luft nur ausgetrocknet. Auf Nachfrage, konnte diese auch nicht wirklich verstellt werden (nur +-3 Grad). Wir haben uns deshalb nur sehr ungern im Zimmer aufgehalten - die Luft war wirklich sehr schlecht.

Muggen mad i køleskab og meget beskidt kop. Nævnte det i receptionen, men endte med at måtte fjerne det selv. Værelset lå virkelig mærkeligt og måtte tage to elevatorer - virkelig ulogisk nummereret og mødte flere gæster i løbet af tre dage, der vandrede rundt for at finde deres værelse. Superior værelse virkede ikke særligt superior.

Located within easy walking distance of Central Station the hotel is well appointed with a gym, good morning buffet breakfast (one must schedule a time and it is flexible and can be modified), and nice room. Few minor issues: no smoked fish at the huge breakfast buffet so that was disappointing; the various buildings make for a confusing trip to one’s room; electrical outlets are few and poorly placed.

Rummet var fint med sköna sängar och trevligt badrum. Frukosten var god och innehållsrik. Men det var långt att gå till rummet från receptionen vilket inkluderade två olika hissar i två olika hus. Vägvisningen från receptionen var inte tillräcklig. Jättebra läge nära Drottninggatan och gångavstånd till Stockholms central.

La habitación para dos adultos y dos niños es espaciosa. Sin embargo el anuncio decía que se podían pedir dos camas individuales para los niños "no garantizadas". Al llegar, nos dijeron que no había habitaciones así. Al ir a la habitación, nos sugirieron un ascensor. Aún así, tuvimos que subir varios escalones con maletas grandes. La habitación tenía el Aire Acondicionado estropeado. Por la noche pasamos frío porque no se podía apagar y era demasiado tarde para llamar a recepción y que viniera un técnico. También estaba encendido sin parar dentro del baño! El desayuno es muy correcto y el espacio es seguramente ideal para viajes de negocio.
