L'hôtel est dans centre ville. Tout est accessible. Avant votre arrivé, L'hôtel vous envoie la carte de Fribourg qui donne plusieurs services gratuits. Les chambres sont très propres. Les cloches sonnent assez souvent, car cathédrale est à côté. Cependant, avec les fenêtres fermées, on est correct.

Great location nearby restaurants and cafes. It’s also nearby the bus and train station. The only thing is that the bells from the cathedral ring throughout the night which would constantly wake us up but other than that everything was great!

프리부르에 가면 다시 방문하고 싶은 호텔이예요. 스위스 물가 비싼거 생각하면 위치좋고, 가성비좋은 호텔이라고 생각합니다. 교통도 편하고, 성당도 바로 앞에 있어서 구경하기 편했고 방은 그리 크지 않지만 쾌적하고 깨끗한 호텔이였습니다.
매 시간마다 들려오는 수도원, 성당 종소리가 거슬리지 않고 좋았어요.

My partner and I were appalled by the misleading information given on Hotels.com. We saw a plaque at the hotel entrance that says “Four Stars 2026”, which means right now it is NOT a four-star hotel; it is HELL. I don’t understand why we were given thick blankets at the height of summer, a dusty mini fan and a mini fridge that doesn’t work. We had the WORST sleep for two nights. We couldn’t open the windows because it was noisy outside. My partner became sick and I think my cancer got worst during our short stay. AVOID AT ALL COST!!

I contacted the hotel prior to my arrival to advise that I needed power by the bed for a medical equipment machine. When I arrived, I discovered that there was a variety of different power outlets but all very old and damaged and none of them fitted the various adapters I had when I went to request assistance from reception they told me I needed to get on a bus and go into the centre of town and buy a suitable adapter which I did however none of the shops had a UK to Swiss . The receptionist was very rude and had no intention of helping out in the situation.

Nice property, nice room, nice area and friendly staff. Great breakfast. If you’re a light sleeper, be forewarned that church bells across the street ring every 15 minutes all night long, and busses run directly by the hotel. Earplugs helped.

We were not able to come to the Hotel for the regular Check In Hours. The staff was so nice, to put the key in a box with a code, so there was absolute no stress for us. It was such a wonderful experience in a lovely city. We‘ll be back!

Flott beliggenhet, hyggelig rom med fin utsikt over torget og behagelig senger, vennlige ansatte, god frokost som kunne spises ute på terrassen. Fikk anbefalt hotellet av venner og vil gi anbefaling videre. Det er få parkeringsmuligheter i gaten men kort vei til parkeringshus og parkeringsområder.

The hotel was neat and tidy but not too big. There was no facilities in the hotel and breakfast was not included. It was a hot day but we had no air conditioner but a small fan.
Overall the hotel was ok, staff friendly and for the price, I have stayed at better hotels.
