Hotel Stoller was excellent. Check-in was seamless and the hotel was wonderful — clean, nice rooms and restaurant. Location was great to with access to transportation just a few steps away.

Great location next to tram stop. Wonderful and friendly housekeeping and reception staff. Only issue was a leak in the bathroom from the tub, otherwise lovely good size room and amenities.

„Wer es gerne ruhig mag, dem empfehlen wir ein Zimmer zum Hof, da es bei geöffnetem Fenster zur Straßenseite etwas lebhafter sein kann. Insgesamt haben wir uns im Hotel sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und aufmerksam, und die Anbindung zur Innenstadt ist wirklich hervorragend. Ein kleiner Hinweis: Der Fön im Zimmer funktionierte leider nicht, was unseren Aufenthalt aber nicht beeinträchtigt hat.
Wir kommen wieder.

Väldigt bra vistelse. Hotellet var litet och mysigt, med en väldigt god och trevlig frukost samt en restaurang på bottenvåningen. Personalen var väldigt trevlig och det var lätt att snabbt få hjälp, även via mejl fick man snabb respons. Väldigt nära till tvärbanan (2 minuter)

This was a last minute booking due to location being ideal for what we needed.
The room was very small and we were not overly keen on the glass sliding door on the bathroom plus it didn't shut fully.

The hotel provide free water and soda. Face towels are provided besides hand towelsand bath towels. Besides these, no other toiletries and vanities are provided. Only 4 hangers on the rack. The bed is not comfortable. The air conditioning is barely minimum. The environment around the hotel is shabby. The food in the hotel restaurant is below average and the price is about twice of the popular restaurants in Zurich old town.

We stayed one night here before our trip back home. Overall, the value was there and the nightly rate was cheapest in the area for a sub-4 star hotel close to downtown. Amenities such as water, drinks, coffee, and ice were nice but had to be obtained through the adjoining restaurant which has its own operating hours - outside those hours, you are on your own. My biggest complaint comes from the air conditioning (AC) which was on standby mode for the entire day and night. The hotel advertises AC however they centrally control it where it does not run. This made our stay uncomfortable during the summer day/night where we opted to be outside our room as much as possible instead of being inside the hotel room. Front desk didn't do much to help and told us to open the door and window. Overall its a nice hotel but advertising air conditioning that was non-operational really drew my ire.
