Es liegt in der Nähe einer Straßenbahn Haltestelle. Von der Haltestelle ist man in 5 Minuten da.
Der Türcode hat super funktioniert.
WLAN ist schnell freigeschaltet und läuft schnell.

Room is clean and location is quite convenient. However, the room 001 is next to the bar and very noisy. At night you can hear the bar music, and early morning can hear the vacuum cleaning.

The vorse cutomer servies please don’t go there.no front desk.they give me a room close to the trash can and exit door .all customer try to open my door.horrible experience and i was really mad .i lost my money to rent this place

Never replied to my messages, I had to call them and incur phone charges. There were mold spots in the showers. No door on one bedroom. Low sloping ceilings. Smallest elevator ever, stopped working and we had to carry our heavy bags down 5 stories. The location was very good. Nice terrace.

Horrible air conditioning. It was so hot every night I couldn't hardly sleep. Finally, on the last night, I slept with a wet towel on me and it helped. Air was coming out of the vent but it wasn't cold. And even though the outdoor temperature was cool overnight the room was extremely hot and would not cool down even with the windows open.

Check-in experience was terrible. And apparently it wasn't only us. According to the other travelers, one person the day before our check-in and one person the day after our check-in had similar problems. They should send you a code for self-check-in, but they don't do that. Then, when you are there, you have to call them, but they don't pick up all the time, and then when they do, you have to wait for the code, and then you make another call because the check-in website has a problem, and then another call so they enter the information manually. The terrible check-in experience really destroyed the whole mood for the next day too.

The address listed is not the address you'll be staying in. It's a big company that has a bunch of properties under vision apartments. That being said, I was not contacted in advance to send my passport information before arrival.
There is no "front desk" service, but it does state that you have to send your information beforehand. Since i booked through Expedia and there was no way of contacting the company, i had to call Expedia when i was overseas to get help for this.
To save all of you that are thinking of staying here some headache, if you decide to book with them, email info@visionapartments.com with your passport and your receipt with whatever type of room you're staying in advance, and they'll send you the address and the code to get into the apartment and you won't have any issues.
Other than this, the apartment was very nice. It was clean and we had two bedrooms with beds big enough for 2, and 2.5 bath, a kitchen, and a living room. You don't have to worry about keys since all you'll need is a code to get in.
Overall very nice! Would stay in again knowing all this.

no host desk or front desk. I had to email my passport to someone and then receive a passcode and room number. My passcode did not work to enter the elevator area. Very frustrating and late at night. The front lobby was dark with no lights which made phoning the number to get help even more creepy. Very disappointing in whole experience.

Rommet var rent og pent.
Praktisk tilgang med egen kode som fungerer hele døgnet.
Frokosten var enkel men smakfull, og de ansatte var veldig hjelpsomme.
Det som trekker ned er:
* manglende air-condition i en så varm by som Zürich
* manglende gardin/forheng på toalettet (se bilde)
* manglende luftavtrekk i dusjen.

Horrible air conditioning. It was so hot every night I couldn't hardly sleep. Finally, on the last night, I slept with a wet towel on me and it helped. The address listed is not the address you'll be staying in. It's a big company that has a bunch of properties under vision apartments. That being said, I was not contacted in advance to send my passport information before arrival.
There is no "front desk" service, but it does state that you have to send your information beforehand. Since i booked through Expedia and there was no way of contacting the company, i had to call Expedia when i was overseas to get help for this.
To save all of you that are thinking of staying here some headache, if you decide to book with them, email info@visionapartments.com with your passport and your receipt with whatever type of room you're staying in advance, and they'll send you the address and the code to get into the apartment and you won't have any issues.
Other than this, the apartment was very nice. It was clean and we had two bedrooms with beds big enough for 2, and 2.5 bath, a kitchen, and a living room. You don't have to worry about keys since all you'll need is a code to get in.
Overall very nice! Would stay in again knowing all this.

Praktisk tilgang med egen kode som fungerer hele døgnet.
