離伊達邵碼頭有點距離，很安靜，看到10樓有空中花園所以很喜歡，但晚上去有點可怕，白天很漂亮，當然可能平日+疫情關係，只有我和另外2位朋友入住，但業者還是非常認真為我們準備早餐，覺得感謝！！

缺點：1.廁所馬桶蓋座壞掉沒修且有沒清潔到的
