5 star price with 3 star quality. From the moment we stepped out of the car, the arrival experience lacked warmth. The doorman who opened our car door did not greet us warmly and seemed entirely disinterested, as if he just wanted to get the job done without any hospitality or a simple smile. The room itself felt dated and cramped, particularly the bathroom, which was far too small for two people. Furthermore, it lacked a bathtub—something we fully expect from a luxury establishment. The shower experience was incredibly disappointing; on our first night, the overhead shower had low water pressure and was barely lukewarm. While the hand shower worked slightly better on the second night, it still fell short of expectations. The bed was equally frustrating. The mattress is of low quality and lacks proper support; every time my husband turned around, the movement woke me up. The only plus i get from this hotel is the location. Very conveniently located within shopping district. From the initial arrival to the restaurant service and housekeeping, nothing about this property reflects a 5-star standard. It felt much closer to a 3-star hotel. This will certainly be our last time staying here.

Disappointing 5 star hotel - understaffed and dirty spa Pros: very convenient location in the heart of Xinyi district in Taipei. Room is a good size. Cons: I was first given a room that had a very strong disinfectant smell. Complained to the front desk and was given an upgraded room. The storage area in the men’s spa room was very moldy and smelly, which is not what a 5 star hotel should have. Given these two things which I’ve never encountered in the five star hotels I’ve stayed at before, and considering the room price, I will not be recommending this hotel since there are many other alternatives in the area.

Stayed there during the typhoon hit Taiwan and was basically stuck in the hotel for the duration in day time. Asked concierge to help on checking with Spa but wasn’t helpful. I guess it was more the attitude than the ability to find since typhoon there is well understood. Be nice is all I am referring to

環境整齊清潔，位置地點非常好，週邊百貨購物逛街美食都非常方便，住了兩次都升等景觀房，直接面對101視野好，住宿品質舒適安靜，值得再次入住

CP值普通。

在生日當天選擇寒舍艾美入住，辦理入住時櫃檯就送了一份小禮物，房內Wi-Fi 穩定，房間部分乾濕分離，衣櫃很大衣架也提供很多設備齊全，房間插座多，國際標準插座以及USB都有提供，唯獨電視比較不符合現代趨勢，有點小也沒有提供到高畫質項目，淋浴間算大，但是上方的淋浴水量不是很足，蓮蓬頭水量比較大，床睡起來很舒服，枕頭也很棒，唯一特別的是我身高163躺平我的腳可以切齊床尾，2樓的健身房設備也都蠻不錯的不是只有放個跑步機帶過，三溫暖設備也很棒蒸氣室烤箱，冷熱池都有，當天在一樓探索廚房晚餐，餐點表現很好，動線規劃也很好，不至於人擠人等太久，很值得再訪，隔天早晨也是在探索廚房，餐點也不錯，整體上是可以繼續來住的飯店。
