距離西門町捷運6號出口僅550米，步行約7分鐘。工作人員非常熱情，英語流利。房間內配有冰箱和熱水壺，微波爐則在前台。早餐美味可口，有火腿、起司、羊角麵包、水果和甜點。強烈推薦。

這家旅館很不錯，地理位置也很便利，就在西門町。員工熱情友善，樂於助人。有機會我一定會再入住。

之前是冬天住宿覺得只有一張門卡還好
但這次是夏天 冷氣好不容易將房間的溫度降下來了
但出門必須拔除房卡 回到房間時 溫度整個變回悶熱 需要一段時間才能降溫 再加上洗完澡之後 房間會有一段時間是悶熱 濕濕的
除此之外 一切的一切都很好 還是我上去北部住宿的第一首選

飯店真的不錯, 推薦的, 房價合理. 房間不算大, 2個人住剛好, 浴室不錯, 整體乾淨. 包早餐, 樓下有樽裝汽水免費給住客在飯店內享用. 每天會2瓶樽裝水, 很貼心

當初是在康定館，但出發前一星期告知裝修房間所以被轉去漢中館。到步後從西門站一出直快走5分鐘便到酒店！超級方便！途中及樓下就是西門町商圈內食肆，非常棒！酒店更有24小時小食供應，以後來台會再次入住！

I was a terrible experiences to me. The official check-in time is 4pm so I came back at 5:15pm for check-in. But front desk staff told me "no room available because they are still cleaning up" and instructed to come back after 6pm.
However a couple and I placed luggage in advance at around 12pm on that day. But I saw they had got room when I came back for check-in at 5:15pm.
It was not fair to me that I had been requested to wait. Finally I was waiting at lobby until 6:15pm.
Eventually, it seriously bothered my schedule and I missed out something.

The younger staffs are nice and helpful but the older staff who wearing glasses is really rule.
First of all, the room is quite small and it's quite dirty in the room. The toilet flushing is not fluent in my room.
Secondly, I can clearly heard that the people talking next to my room, it's quite annoying at night time. But the younger staff deal with the problem very fast. Appreciating for his help.

房間很髒，浴室發霉很噁心，窗戶也都是灰塵，房間內還有小蟲子在飛！
更扯的是搞錯旅客資料，打開房間竟然看到裡面有住人了，打擾到別人差點被打。
員工訓練可以精實一點嗎？

台北で安価に泊まりたいが、ドミトリーは嫌という方にはいいと思います。
最低限の設備は整っています。
ただ机の上におそらく前の宿泊者のものと思われる、爪が散らばっていたのが残念です。
この程度のトラブルには耐えられる方向けです。
