take the stairs between the hostel and the police station and you will be ended up on the famous Ah Mei tea house. Jenny is very kind too and gave new advise to go to Shifen waterfall before head to hualien. the waterfall is awesome. I will tell your hostel to my family & friends. thanks a lot Jenny!
