1) 浴室並沒有乾濕分離, 洗完澡出浴室時, 完全沒有踩腳布提供入住客使用
2) 入住時, 男性接待員交代我們, 退房日11點30分收行李出發機場(向民宿租機車, 有免費機場接送), 但在11點20分, 旋即出現在一樓客廳向著2樓房間大聲地催促, 令人感到十分緊張與不悅
2) 男性接待員態度輕挑, 初次見面入住時, 說話態度油嘴滑舌, 令人尷尬, 礙於初見的禮節, 我們選擇陪笑
退房時, 男性接待員直上2樓房間口, 刻意以台語對2位女性住客說: "啊恁2ㄟ睏了有爽嘸?!", 身為女性, 深感被冒犯.
