入住體驗很棒。房間乾淨整潔，空間寬敞。房間內的水療設施也很乾淨。飯店提供的接駁車服務非常貼心，因為飯店距離新北投站步行約20-30分鐘。註：飯店在北投站和新北投站均提供接駁車服務，請與飯店確認。

check in and check out time is not ideal but the room is great with the private spring bathtub so I still enjoyed it in the Beitou district where we basically come for the spring bath and the YangMing mountain

雖然是老字號溫泉飯店，但仍然維持得非常棒，感覺像新飯店一樣。飯店沒有異味或年久失修，相反的，許多小地方和小角落都很乾淨，服務人員友善、親切，check-in完還領著我們到電梯口按電梯送我們。戶外泡湯區很舒適、房間的浴缸是石頭砌的，乾淨、寬敞而舒適，心裡不會浮現擔心石頭卡垢的疑慮。整體來說，軟硬體都很不錯，推推~
唯一美中不足之處，應該是buffet早餐，非常普通且不太優。種類不多但這不是致命點，以這樣住宿價位等級的飯店，早餐料理手法可以再精緻一些，例如: 大部分食物都是涼的 (包括在鍋裡的稀飯)，配菜口味普通且好幾種都是現成品(類似罐頭麵筋)，炸雞塊是濕冷的，可以想像剛炸起來應該是好吃的，但是外層可能加了某種醬汁且無保溫導致濕冷，整個口感比麥當勞雞塊還差。

酒店巴士安排太差。
從捷運北投站回程到酒店, 候車人數太多, 但司機卻讓所有人上車, 全車爆滿, 坐位坐滿, 中間通道企滿至車門。嚴重超載, 既不舒適, 又非常危險, 這是妄顧乘客安全的行為! 酒店本來很好, 但這樣的交通安排卻令我留非常之差的印象。
