Le personnel est très aimable et accueillant. On sent que l'hôtel est bien géré. J'aurais aimé un peu plus d'options vegan dans les restaurants (attention de ne pas confondre vegan et végétarien). Je reviendrai sans hésité.

This was the best hotel to end our safari at. Would’ve wanted to stay longer. Food was great at their restaurants, service impeccable. Beds were so comfy, spa and gym had great amenities, lovely grounds and garden to go around at!

Best hotel in Arusha city, no question

Used it as a day hotel after safari... it took 90 minutes to get food at the restaurant so it used up nearly all of our lay over time. I was also told I needed to book two rooms (traveling with kids) for our 2.5 hr (yes, thats correct) stay. I would suggest Four Points Sheraton instead for a lay over hotel

Really enjoyed our stay at the Gran Melia. They made you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. The amenities are great. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

This property is absolutely beautiful. The grounds are fantastic, they grow their own coffee, avocados and other gorgeous plants and flowers. The rooms are beautiful, big and the view of Mount Meru was outstanding. . However, what makes this hotel five stars is the hotel staff. They are amazingly kind, professional, courteous and ready to answer or help in any way needed. The breakfast buffet has a tremendous variety and was delicious. The coffee for the lattes was grown on site. Overall, a fantastic experience! Thank you Gran Melia staff!

El hotel está hermoso, los jardines, alberca, lobby etc. El personal muy amable. El problema son los baños de las habitaciones, regaderas llenas de moho negro muy visible por todos lados, creo que carecen de un básico mantenimiento. Muebles sucios y golpeados.

Really modern and fresh hotel

The property is very nice, and I had a very enjoyable experience at the spa. Unfortunately there were a number of issues with several dining experiences. Steak cooked at the wrong temperatures, food coming out cold, coffee order incorrect. It was likely a one-off but given the number of issues I had I figured it was worth noting. The F&B manager responded swiftly and indicated they were working on (or would be working on) training to meet expectations.

Very pleasant experience, everything worked perfectly and the hotel facilities were excellent. We especially enjoyed sauna ans steam room as well as nice gym.

L’hôtel est superbe, luxueux, la végétation luxuriante. Très belle chambre avec lit Confortable SAUF le lit supplémentaire était horrible, avec tous les ressorts qu’on pouvait sentir avec juste la main, extra bed facturé 50 dollars. La réception nous a fait payer ce lit malgré notre réclamation… une HONTE d’avoir un matelas aussi horrible dans un établissement 5 étoiles, et dans lesquel la nuit coûte très cher
