空間很雅緻，植物種植得很漂亮。附有陽台以及大衛浴的房間配色賞心悅目，住宿期間正好是雨季，所以室內濕度實在太高了，氣味不是很好應該可以擺一台除濕機的。
服務人員都很親切，給住客很好的建議及安排，早餐的食材用心，buffet種類不算多但是好吃，咖啡如果能好喝一些就更完美了。晚上的happy hour很驚艷，調酒很不錯，讓我們每晚都想來。
入住的房型因為靠近河邊，附近晚上稍微吵雜。對於很早睡的人來說可能有點憂慮。
整體的入住體驗是很不錯的，期待下次能再前往。

All staff are very helpful and nice, especially Charm helped us a lot. Helping us booked a local tour and recommended places for us to go. The only thing made us felt disappointmed was the breakfast.

The service is superb, attentive and personal. Our butler, Ms Pui, is so competent and helpful. The location is also good. We enjoy our stay here. However, this is not a big resort, and the design of the hotels has the balcony or porch of each room somehow facing the public area. For those who care privacy extremely, you may want to have a villa in a big resort.

I went to chiangmai for the first time with my family and we had enjoyed very much with this hotel and the facilities of the hotel, except the wifi system. I really liked this hotel and what it has to offer, and the whole environment is well-designed with thoughtful ideas, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is going to Chiang Mai, and its location is perfect for everything. Love it!
