I really enjoyed my vacation in Bangkok and stayed at 137 Pillars, very comfortable hotel, very good service, strategic area to stay. The staff gave me the highest floor and I really enjoyed it with a clear view of the Bangkok skyline.

We had a great time at hotel. The service is the best, especially front desk staff who escorted me on the check in date, she is so lovely and super helpful. The bed is very comfortable. Definitely come back.

己不是第一次入住,超過10次的入住次數,亦只住套房樓層.
價格雖然略貴,但物有所值,環境,氣氛,服務也很好.
但美中不足是健身房,健身房的設備未如理想過人認為.
因為選擇此酒店遠離鬧區,享受天台無邊際泳池,主要有休息健康的休息及商務,作為商務為主的客人,泳池及健身房是正常規率使用的,所以對健身房的設備如果按酒店的價格來說實在略為簡陋.

Everything is fantastic, nice staff, good facilities, beautiful pool and views.
But, you must consider the location and transportation before booking. The hotel is located next to an one way road and the traffic is bad all day. You have to wait more than 15 to 20 mins for the car everytime if you wanna go out, even more.
However, it will be a great choice for you if wanna enjoy and stay in the hotel.

這次入住兩晚，第一晚住在樓下平價的Residences，覺得普普通通，CP值不高。但第二晚我們訂了頂樓的Suites，讓我們對137 Pillars完全改觀，入住Suites不但有私人管家，免費附網路手機，免費下午茶，最棒的是幾乎全天供應的早午餐和下午無限續杯的Happy hour，直接喝到住宿費回本，屋頂泳池更是美極了！直接訂Suites才是最棒的決定！

離BTS 差不多15分鐘路程.,如買了東西行回去都好遠.
打去前台服務沒人接聽.(不止一次)
前台服務員,你有你等.唔叫佢都好像不懂接待
情人節早一個月訂位Nimitr餐廳.講明要窗邊位置.
由頭到尾冇人回可否.
回覆的只是要填寫付款FROM.
去到被安排的位置,衰過大排檔.
戶外不特止.仲要係草叢邊.
好啦!同餐廳講明白到情人節餐廳可能已經好FULL啦.
1:但為什麼EMAIL不回覆呢???
2:同餐廳講要座回室內.話儘量安排.好啦,在行返入去時候.有個類似人妖既女經理就講.
我地餐廳好FULL架.不過您地係都要座回室內,我地都儘量安排被您啦.
(bad!bad!bad!我責任嗎???妳一早講我唔訂啦.)
到座回室內.以為好full啦.點知不夠15分鐘.又一對沒有訂枱的.問有沒有位.?
個人妖經理可以即時俾到張座到4個人既枱佢.(有咩好講)
3:餐廳D野食好普通.
4:服務員D英文仲差個我.
酒店SPA好細.
訂酒店套房我的.先可去的泳池.仲細個不用訂套房果個.
唯一好一D.是酒店跟房的早餐.
總之呢間酒店肯定不會再去.

我們在曼谷停留三晚 住在137柱25樓的雙臥室套房 直接在26樓行政中心搬理入住 服務人員非常親切 也很有禮貌 解釋的非常清楚
房間的設計很現代感 燈光開關都為觸控式 臥室的床非常柔軟細緻 很容易躺著就入睡 音響全為Bose品牌 聲效很臨場感 浴室廁所很乾淨 主臥室還有浴缸 可以舒服的泡澡看電視
26樓的早餐很有水準 現點現做 牛排 烤鮭魚 蝦炒麵 法國吐司....很多選擇 又可無限續點 服務人員很專業又親切
我們也到R樓享受了sky bar, 也使用了無邊際泳池 非常的美麗 有點美中不足是泳池的水太冷 如果能加溫到25-26度就最好了 晚上在泳池裡看著曼谷的夜景 很浪漫
飯店每30-60分鐘會有接駁車接送到附近的百貨公司 但其實用走路大約10分鐘就到 很方便
137柱是間非常好的飯店 下次再到曼谷 還是會優先選擇

Everything was splendid! Breakfast until 5pm is a gamechanger!! But I couldn’t get the bidet working and I wish there was an actual eating table. Bed was comforting and service was top-notch.
