A-ONE The Royal Cruise Hotel will be temporarily closed for a full renovation of the main building from May 20 to September 30, 2025. - Guests who have booked rooms with breakfast will enjoy breakfast at Wantana Restaurant at Mytt Hotel. - Our swimming pool and kid's club facilities (Coco Pool and Coco Play) at A-ONE The Royal Cruise Hotel will remain open and accessible to relocated guests.

Very bad customer service. The facilities in the room were broken; hairdryer wasn't working properly, the window lock and shower holder were broken. I-emailed the hotel, with videos of the facilities attached and they only replied once and did not take responsibility. Customer service representative was indifferent. It's not worth the price for the service you get.

we had a 2-nights stay for a family room and celebrated the birthday for an elderly. I asked for upper level in advance but they failed to provide me, instead, it was on the lowest, facing pipe line from the balcony. It seems that all family rooms are all located at the end of the corridor. Nevertheless, it was still acceptable as it shortened the walking distance from G/F to the room.

Check in take long time. Our booking in Hotels.com cannot pass clearly to A1 Hotel front desk, we need to argue with the staff and making us very frustrating. Breakfast variety is not enough, wifi weak, house keeping did not refill toiletries.
