The room is spacious and neat, the jacuzzi is good and the breakfast buffet provides lot of choices and delicious.

We experienced hospitality from the staff. The room was very clean so we enjoyed a comfortable stay with Aira BKK. It also provides convenient shuttle services to BTS. Pool is nice too! Just the area around Nana was pretty noisy, but if you are someone into nightlife and who cares for hotel quality, Aira would be a good choice.

The 5-day stay was very good.
From check-in to check-out, and when I needed help from the staff, the staff were also very friendly and had nice smiles.
The room was clean and tidy, and there was no noise in the room, except for the guests in the next room bumping into the wall.
Overall I am very satisfied with this hotel.

房間大，乾淨，最欣賞係床同窗簾，好遮光同舒適，每晚訓得好好。樓下好熱鬧，但隔音幾好。不過，個人認為離BTS站唔算近，樓下幾雜，有小朋友要更小心。

The hotel location is very close to BTS Nana station which is superb. However, it's very noisy downstairs especially in the evening from 10pm till midnight coz the music from the bar downstairs was very loud, the sound proof of the room is so poor so I could hear the loud music very night. Also, there were ants above the mini-bar in the room.

Staying in a connecting room with family, the room is clean, bed is comfort, busy area with loads of restaurant and pub nearby, a quick walk from bts nana

On the first night, someone pressed the clock at four in the morning. I felt it was safe. On the second day, I communicated with the hotel staff and asked if I needed to change rooms. They handled it as soon as possible. I was satisfied with this.

The hotel is situated above a bar and restaurant, so the music is really loud and the tuk tuks are always bustling people around so it is quite noisy at night especially on weekends, I can still hear noises from my room until around 2-3am , so this is a real problem especially if ur room is facing the street

儘管飯店人員一再強調他們是不能吸菸的飯店，但低樓層的房間煙味非常非常非常重，重到呼吸支氣管都會痛。
詢問是否能換房，飯店人員一句房間全滿不能換 sorry for your inconvenience就不理我們了，態度非常糟糕。連解決方案或是上來看一下狀況都沒有。
床單上也有前位房客的頭髮
另外吹風機一開，房間全部的插頭直接跳電，來維修的飯店人員完全不會講英文，溝通非常困難，花了很多時間在比手畫腳
但朋友住在11層就完全沒有我遇到的這些問題，整潔度也比低樓層好非常多。一樣的價位，但低樓層跟高樓層的差別卻是非常大。不懂飯店是分樓層在管理嗎
這個價位住到這種飯店感受很糟糕
