My friend was really sick from food poisoning and the staff was really helpful. He let us check in early so that she can rest and also asked if we needed medicine, etc. My only complaint would be that the room is really humid and it has a bit of a moldy smell. BUT IT COULD ONLY BE THE ROOM I WAS GIVEN AND NOT ALL ROOMS. I didn’t ask for a room change because we were the one that needed a room ASAP in the first place. Overall, a fantastic hotel!

Staff are nice & helpful. Bedding is wonderful which I could have nice sleep every night. Hotel's location is bravo. Lots of restaurant, massage shops around. And hotel proivdes shuttle service between BTS / MRT station and hotel. Breakfast at buffet style with plenty of choice and good taste.
However, there are still quite a number of issues that can be improved. Room temperature is keeping at 18.5-19 Degrees Celsius even I've turned the aircon to 28! What I can do is just switched it off periodically. Hardware maintenance is not up to standard as I found quite a lot of defects in room. Shower (only rainfall shower head) is powerful but hot water not enough. I'll need to wait for around 5 mins to get a comparatively warmer water.
Cleanliness is in average, but I believe it still have plenty of room for improvement.
