Overall, hotel is very nice with easy commute to Patong city center either by walking or TukTuk. The initial hotel check in was good, room cleanliness could have been improved - there were some dirty areas, most likely because the hotel was at high occupancy and in a rush to get ready for next guest.

Everything is good. I will stay in here for the next time.

WWe have an excellent three days at Amani Phuket, the hotel is clean, quiet but at a walking distance to Patong beach. Will book again next trip.

位置算方便可步行到芭東市或坐酒店巴士，房間對出有私人沙灘幾好feel，不過房間太多蚊蟲，隔音比較差會聽到樓上腳步聲，整體房間比較舊同相片比有分別

We had stayed at the ocean view 2 bedroom club suite for 2 nights. The room's view was spectacular, and we could enjoy the Patong bay view at the balcony anytime. The staffs were friendly and treated us like family. Most of the restaurant had no air-conditioning, and it would be quite hot for lunch time. The club suite included access to the club house. We had enjoyed breakfast buffet and complimentary happy hour with free flow of drinks in the club house daily. Overall, Amari Phuket was a home away from home for our family trip. Thank you for all the friendly staffs to make our trip memorable.

With a incredible view and well facilities of hotel, I have a nice trip in this Sept. For the person who like to swim, there is a large swimming pool beside a lounge. However, do not use this swimming poolif you can't swim. Because most part of this swimming pool is deeper than 2m

Review of Amari Resort Very disappointing stay. We had to change rooms on arrival due to cleanliness and a faulty bathroom power outlet — yet even in the new room the bathroom outlet still didn’t work. Rooms are run down, cupboard light wouldn’t switch off, lighting was either all on or all off, and barely enough space for one suitcase. The resort layout is impractical with over 100 stairs just to reach reception. For a property of this size, golf carts or guest transport should be provided — many other guests were also frustrated. Breakfast was poor: undercooked scrambled eggs sitting in liquid, limited fruit, no avocado, and sweetened juices. Laundry was absurdly overpriced per item, while 500m away a full 1kg load cost just 100 baht. Drinks were also more expensive than in Australia. The shuttle to Patong Beach runs only three times a day, far too limited given the distance. And despite marketing itself as a “beach resort,” there is no real beach access — just a shore wall, with the tide often leaving no beach at all. The only thing going for this hotel is its staff, friendly, kind and caring.

朝食はタイ、インド、ハラルが揃っています。 ベッドは広々でマットレスも程よい固さ、寝心地抜群でした

The property was stunning. The rooms with the oceanfront view are very dated and not like the pictures on the website. The pools are beautiful and had ample loungers. Transportation is readily available for a small price to take you downtown. Overall a wonderful experience if the oceanfront rooms get updated.

This is a lovely property and very well maintained. There was a draw back which was the constant calling for the golf cart to get to the lobby and also paying every time to leave or get to the resort as it was on an incline, not suitable to constantly walk up and down. Also the guests were quite noisy and rambunctious so wasn’t as quiet and peaceful at times.
