Have a very pleasant experience in this hotel, especially for people who like traditional wooden architecture, yet the facility inside are modern enough, shower water are strong and hot, bed are comfortable, overall very clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful which made my trip so much more easy. Especially enjoyed the breakfast with fresh fruit under they sky in the garden!
Recommend for traveler who want something more authentic and want to be quiet and relax.

We spent four wonderful nights in Amata Lanna. First i have to say that the staff Yumi is extremely helpful and always keep smile. She recommended everything for us.
The room i large and clean. Everyday the staff will clean up our room hardly. The jucuzzi is functionable and we love this.
The breakfast are the same of everyday but i choose the same thai style breakfast everyday coz it is very yummy.
Outside the hotel there are a food street and if you want to go to shopping mall by taxi. It just cost around 150 bahts. The hotel still provide free transportation service from and to airport if you stay more than three nights.
I will come here again.

The staff were friendly and helpful ( especially the front desk staff , both day and night shift) . Room was spacious and comfortable with strong air conditioning 24/7. I would recommend anyone who wants to stay in a boutique hotel with Thai lanna style to try this one. The only thing I would point out is I don’t understand why the house keeping staff didn’t clean the bathroom floor as our hair residue was left in the shower cubicle for a whole week! Plus they did not have iron to lend to guests!

Pleasant experience. Very relaxing environment and convenient location yet surprisingly quiet which is not easy to find. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was excellent! The only thing for improvement would be the cold pool. It would have been great if the water is warmer for a little swim.

This hotel is great and all staffs are very nice. There's a welcome drink while you visit at front desk and feeling warm. All facilities are new also breakfast/service are good, also I like the Lanna design of this hotel and silent. I have visited Chiang Mai twice and also stay the same hotel so I highly recommend.
