all the staffs are very nice . clean , good location . the swimming pool is perfect .

房間內設施不新，維護狀況不佳，牆壁有點壁癌，整體濕氣較重。

雖然係共用沙灘 但有酒店劃分servier 酒店內餐廳full moon食物流 唔會差過5星大酒店

一贯的泰式热情服务，餐厅早餐、晚餐都不错，还有新年隆重欢迎仪式。酒店沙滩右边就是当地餐饮中心，对面有家不错的SPA馆。总之住在这个地区，这家是不错的选择。

It was my first time travel to Koh Samui together with my husband and friends, we arrived late because the luggage could not received on arrival. I had already send email to the hotel to arrange two adjoining rooms or nearby rooms for us so as to celebrate the birthday of my friend but they couldn't meet my requirement. I couldn't login to hotel 's wifi and asked one of staff to help me .She said it must do by myself , I felt her not helpful and friendly ,may be the time was late at night. Later, I asked another staff again, he helped me to login . The bed inside room was a bit soft, couldn't sleep well and the furniture need to refurbish. The weather was bad on the first two days and we couldn't swim at the pool .

首先酒店所在位置一般，附近就一个夜市可以买小吃，但是距离酒店比较近些，一个海鲜排挡都没有。我们在check in的时候就有推荐大概5000泰铢左右的，所谓类似全包的一个服务，具体内容就是免费的吃和免费时间的spa。房间里一些不经常涉及到的地方一层灰，比如烧水壶附近，阳台外面的桌椅等等。泳池居然不能外带饮料，包括我从房间里带过去的。海滩海水垃圾比较多，不过好像苏梅的海滩都差不多如此。最难以接受的是两点，一点是我们在下午1点左右到的酒店，由于未到入住时间，我们在大堂徘徊。但是过了2点，居然还没有人通知可以，直到我们询问。第二点酒店大门入口有个景观水池，居然已经发臭，真不知道酒店如何维护的。给3星是看在有一位中文go及门口保安态度很好，还算比较贴心。总体来说性价比真的不高，下次去苏梅应该不会考虑了。

Absolutely great! Nice hotel facing right to the beach, BBQ on the beach at night and plenty of restaurants nearby and a night market right beside the hotel.

房间略小 还好前台给我们安排在了靠海边的房间 拟补了房间小的遗憾 配套都蛮好的 酒店整体度假风格 其实离查文那些热闹的地方也很近 还是很不错的

酒店整体都满不错 但是套房2k感觉略贵 朋友不懂英文不小心按倒5000bath的wifi 跟前台沟通后也很人性化的取消掉了

床很舒適 房間很小 水壓不穩 服務人員很棒 ，飯店附設的fullmoon餐廳好吃但很貴。

這次蜜月，飯店有特別贈送白酒和蛋糕，服務很棒。房間有重新裝修過 ，所以房間整體來說是還不錯，但浴室水壓不足，洗澡不是太舒服。陽台很髒，桌子是歪的，椅子髒的我不敢坐。

The new room is spacious and modern. Our junior suite on the ground floor is next to the pool so it is very convenient for us, but if you concern privacy then better choose rooms upstairs. The breakfast served is fantastic with variety of choice and tasty. The Full Moon restaurant is romantic with good service and high standard dishes.

酒店像花园，树木众多，但树木的高度与房间齐平，导致房间视线受阻，感觉不够开阔，游泳池有点小。

Amazing location for fisherman’s village and super friendly staff and clean hotel. It had everything we needed and was always stocked.

Stunning gardens and lily pond, lovely staff, excellent breakfast and fantastic location; a few minutes walk to the bustling Fisherman’s market area and lots of restaurants on the main road or on the beach walkway. Love this hotel😊

Absolut det bästa och trevligaste hotell jag någonsin bott på. Personalen,frukosten samt stranden och poolområdet var magiskt. Världens bästa personal! Jag kommer absolut tillbaka! Jag har bott på många lyxhotell runt om i världen, men det här är det absolut bästa.
