The location of the hotel is close to Mai Kao Beach, a relatively relaxing and quite beach from Patong and the rest on Phuket. Really enjoyed some quality time here with my family. The staff are really helpful and friendly. They even help to arrange a shower room after our check out so we can still enjoy the pools and beach and clean up a little bit before we leave for the airport.

Deposit THB 0.00 is required upon check-in. The accommodation accepts cash and debit card.

SPECIAL GALA EVENTS Please note, there is a compulsory New Year's Eve Gala Dinner on 31 December for all resort guests booked over this date. Price at THB 26,483 per adult, children from 4-12 years old will be charged THB 13,242 per child. **Price is inclusive of 10% service charge and 7% government tax **Price is not included in the room rate and will be collected separately at the hotel upon check in.

Please note that a maximum of two (2) cats or dogs are allowed per guest room. Pets are permitted only in the following room categories: Pool Pavilion, Two Bedroom Pool Suite, and Two Bedroom Pool Pavilion. A nightly supplement of THB 1,766 net per pet applies. Sea Fire Salt and Infinity Bar are temporarily closed until early November 2025 for a planned refurbishment. This renovation reflects our ongoing commitment to refining your experience and reimagining our signature beachfront restaurant with enhanced elegance and comfort.

The beachfront pool is also closed and is expected to reopen early August 2025 following essential maintenance and improvements. Throughout this period, our other four restaurants, resort facilities and the main pool on the south side of the resort will remain fully operational for your enjoyment.

Airport transfer is available for THB 1,650.00/person.

There will be mandatory gala dinner (Compulsory New Year's Eve Gala Dinner_Adult) on 31-12-2025 - 31-12-2025. You will be charged THB 26,483.00 per Person upon check-in.

Service was great. We never ran out of water. The pool was also clean in our villa. It was very thoughtful that that there were washing machine & dryer in each villa. Food at The Sala was pretty amazing. Supermarket & convenience store are both very close by. However, the design of the villa was a bit disappointing. Lighting was bad in the rooms & pool area at night. The guest bathroom was extremely small, making it very difficult to open the 2 doors and shower door.

已經第二次入住了，還是跟以前一樣很棒，附近沒啥好吃的，基本上出去都要開車，沙灘也不是很美，是給海龜下蛋的，沙非常粗。飯店會邀請去聽座談會，腦波弱的千萬別去，不然會不小心就簽了個腦殘的合約

Hotel with rainforest environment. Staff are super nice and helpful. Breakfast is great. I have the dinner by design at the beach and the service and food is excellent ! We found some insects in room and the hotel help us change the room midnight and offer us late check out . Very nice sunset there!

在去之前发电邮询问酒店是否有SHUTTLE BUS接送，回复我说没有，但他们可以安排，报出的价格超贵，于是没继续问。到了机场拿好行李后，发现出租车柜台的对面有一个ANANTARA的小门面，于是去问，店员说填表参加明天下午的入俱乐部会谈吧，给你免费派车送你。于是填好表就被安排免费去酒店了。房间非常棒，就如其他客人所说的那样无可挑剔。但是酒店自带的2个餐厅，LA SALA和海盐火的，则是非常糟糕。中午和晚上的价格惊人。建议客人可以选择度假村外左转30M的一个小购物村，里面有一些饭馆和酒吧，那里是公道价。我们则吃了2次海滩边的本地人开车子的露天烧烤，很便宜，也非常好吃。第二天下午如约去了CLUB听他们推销会员计划，没什么意思，听完送了一万泰铢的抵用券。位置很偏，周边没什么东西。总的来说，适合来了就哪儿也不去，泡在度假村里的地方。

安娜是一个非常赞的酒店，住宿让人非常舒适，有一种家的感觉，丝毫没有一般入住别的酒店时的不适应。酒店服务非常好，不管客人合理的或不合理（例如我赶时间时要求打包自助早餐）的要求都能尽量满足。每一个服务员看见客人都会主动问好，你有任何问题时他们都会竭尽全力帮助你。唯一的小缺点是离南部的海岛有点远，在一个半小时车程，不过来休闲度假再适合不过了。总之入住安娜肯定将是一段难忘的记忆!
