房間浴室之企缸門位置，每次使用後都有水滲出門外，導致十分之濕滑，其實這房間巧合地是往年我住同一間房間當時我已昨出投訴改善，但不幸地到今年住同一房間，沒有改善問題，希望酒店方面能認真處理客人之投訴,不是不了了知。

Stayed here couple of nights, good hospitality, very nice warm staff to take care vegetarians. Location, away from noisy street and a riverside mall connected with the resort. Breakfast restaurant manager, thank you for taking care. No problem to come back next time.

DRESS CODE
Guests are requested to observe a Smart Casual Dress Code, whereby slippers, flip-flops, swim wear and athletic apparel are not permitted. In the evenings, gentlemen are kindly requested to refrain from wearing very short trousers, open shoes or sleeveless tops.

CHILDREN ACCESS
For the evening cocktail hours, children below the age of 12 years are invited to enjoy the lounge privileges in the adjacent Kasara Foyer. Children are not expected to serve themselves from the buffet or drinks areas and must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Extra Person Policy 0-4 Years: Stay is complimentary. (Baby cots provided upon request, subject to availability) 5-11 Years: Additional charge of THB 1,200.- per night per person. A perfect hotel for a short break if you don’t have a long holiday. The staff, service, gym, swimming pool, spa and restaurants are good. You can stay in the hotel and relax. The breakfast is extremely good, lots of choices, fresh fruits. The shuttle boat is convenient. We like it very much. The only thing is the shower in room, the hot and cold water is not consistent. This needs to fix.
