服務態度很好、很友善

酒店環境、衛生極好，早晨豐富，離機場大概20分鐘車程，離布吉鎮45分鐘左右，去巴東需要1小時左右，附近沒有spa，有些失望，如果只是渡假很適合，附近M beach ,白頭浪大，不能游泳，整體還是不錯

the door lock is not working after check in we need to wait for half an hour to fix this . no good

無論打電話到前枱幫忙晚餐訂位，叫的士外出，或要求清理房間，全部要求也立即做到，而且服務貼心。私人套房泳池很清潔，水質維持得很好。Villa內的廚房電器、餐具、洗衣乾衣機非常新和使用方便。對於家庭旅行，這渡假酒店真的很不錯。

The location very near the air-port, the environment is very cozy, I love the private pool. If the kitchen in the village have oven that would be perfect!

The hotel is great and the environment is excellent. The rooms are very clean and the staff are always very helpful. However the location of the hotel is a bit far from the Phuket town and Patong beach. You may need to take a shuttle bus (250B per person, one way) for about 50-60 minutes to get to Phuket town. But the hotel is really good and make you feel relaxing. I would highly recommend.

Staff are very aggressive to promote their products and a bit annoying. Not very honest staff and I don't recommended it to anyone.

帶2歲的女兒外游，本來準備了很多東西，但到達酒店才發現分酒店一应俱全，而且十分整潔。非常舒適愉快的旅程！

Relaxing trip. Need to take around an hour trip to Patong, other than that all are good.

Sitting on the balcony enjoying the sea breeze is really wonderful.

酒店品质很好，饮食也特别喜欢，就是酒店有点偏远，海滩不能玩，只能看。。因为回头浪实在是太大了，酒店泳池好！

Great family hotel, great bike hire, location is perfect just a quick walk to the beach or the buggy, fantastic kids club activities and wonderfully trained staff, I wouldn’t come here without children, there is only one restaurant which is quite basic, and nowhere to dress up, you need to go across the rd to the Marriott bar and it’s quite lovely, they also have a fire show there, there is zero entertainment at this resort, the cocktails at the pool bar were very old fashioned and their happy hour is a ridiculous buy two get one free, odd and silly. The resort is connect to the Anantara and I think it would have been a much better experience if we could all use the facilities of both hotel creating more dining options more pool options and overall a better experience for adults as well as the children. The staff are really excellent though and could t do more to please. The teenage retreat is so disappointing and would be better as a family recreation room where we can all play table hockey and enjoy ourselves as a family as there were never any other teenagers for my son to hang out with so he didn’t use the facilities.
