เข้าพักที่นี่เป็นครั้งที่ 2 แล้ว ครั้งแรกไม่ได้สังเกตอะไร เพราะมาจองเข้าพักโดยติดต่อผ่านเคาน์เตอร์รร. ส่วนครั้งที่2 ได้ทำการจองโดยระบุห้องแบบเตียงเดี่ยวซึ่งราคาจะแพงกว่าแบบเตียงคู่ +มีอาหารเช้า แต่พอมาถึงแล้วติดต่อกับพนง.เคาน์เตอร์กลับแจ้งว่าห้องเตียงเดี่ยวหมดค่ะ และแจ้งว่าที่ลูกค้าจองผ่านระบบมาน่าจะเป็นแบบเตียงคู่นะคะ เลยนำข้อมูลการจองในมือถือให้ดูและแจ้งพนง.ว่า พี่จองมาแพงกว่าค่ะและระบุชัดเจนว่าต้องการเตียงแบบใด พนง. จึงได้แต่เงียบไปแล้วบอกให้รอเช็คอินบ่าย2 สักพักจึงได้เช็คอินเข้าห้องพักซึ่งอยู่ชั่น7 พนง. แจ้งว่าห้องพักเตียงเดียวแบบที่จองมามีเฉพาะชั่น7 ค่ะ (ซึ่งเป็นชั้นบนสุด) ก็ไม่ได้ว่าอะไร พอเข้าไปในห้องถึงพบว่าห้องไม่ค่อยสะอาด มีแต่คราบและฝุ่นสกปรกมาก จึงโทรขอเปลี่ยนห้องซึ่งห้องที่ได้เปลี่ยนกลับเป็นห้องเตียงคู่ มีขนาดเล็กกว่า ภายในห้องน้ำเก่า จึงขอเปลี่ยนคืนและเรียกให้แม่บ้านมาทำความสะอาดใหม่ ซึ่งก็ต้องแจ้งแม่บ้านอีกครั้งว่าให้เช็ดคราบบนผนังและคราบบนหน้าจอโทรทัศน์ส่วนพื้นและอื่นๆให้ทำความสะอาดปกติ แม่บ้านก็มาถูๆกวาดๆ แล้วก็แจ้งว่าเสร็จแล้ว ห้องจึงกีขึ้นมาหน่อย ซึ่งความจริงแล้วความสะอาดควรดีกว่านี้มากๆถ้าต้องการรองรับลูกค้า ฝากไว้ให้พัตนาเรื่องความสะอาดนะคะ เนื่องจากเรื่องบริการพนง.พูดจาก็ดีระดับนึง แม่บ้านน่ารักพูดจาดีแต่ทำความสะอาดไม่ค่อยสะอาด เป็นโรงแรมที่รับทัวร์ ห้องอาหารเล็ก พอทัวร์ลงต้องรีบกินเพราะทัวร์เสียงดังมากและไม่ค่อยเป็นระเบียบ อาหารมีให้เลือกน้อย ลิฟท์มีตัวเดียว

ห้องพักดี กว้างขวาง แต่กลิ่นพวกผ้าไม่ค่อยหอม แอบมีกลิ่นเหมือนอาหารและฝักบัวในห้องน้ำ ดูอ่อนแอไปนิด เหมือนจะพัง อาหารเช้ามีให้เลือกน้อย แต่โดยรวมกับราคาโปรถือว่าดี

The room was very big. There's so many spaces which we loved. Many TV channels, great! The WiFi disconnected all the time I had to keep it connected. Like all the time. The air conditioning was really noises, please check thank you! Another room of mine was woke up by mistake with wrong setting with a morning call at 4.17am. The part I loved the most was the reception (I asked her name from her co-worker) named Kanom-tan the small and cute one full with service-minded. I've ask her too many questions and she gave me all the answers with her smile all the time. This is the best part of the hotel! But the other girl who worked with her at the time (around 6pm. the taller one) didn't smile at all, so sad. The kids were so enjoyed with your swimming pool. Thank you.

พักห้อง 8431 แอร์ในห้องที่เข้าพักค่อนข้างเสียงดัง ทำให้นอนหลับไม่สนิท ห้องน้ำมีกลิ่นน้ำทิ้ง ท่อระบายน้ำ อ่างอาบน้ำ เหมือนจะตันๆ ระบายน้ำช้ามาก ท่วมน้ำเลย
