Great location!!! Lots of restaurants nearby and even a Starbucks/Mcdonals and 7/11 literally right next to the hotel. Super close distance to Ao Nang Beach which is also amazing. Pool has also great views. Overall this is a great hotel, highly recommend this place.

the location of the hotel is very convenience. There are many massage shops, restaurants and Family Mart around. Breakfast was nice. We did enjoy pretty view of Aonang in the roof pool. Staff were nice too.

Generally，only recommend Avani superior sea view room and do not spend over US$150 because not worth it. The front desk was very helpful to solve the poor conditions of the room. The smell was stinky which I believed that was from pipe.

The room is too dark and there are almost no lighting in the room.
Less than 10 TV program available which is unbelievable.
WiFi is slow.
It took me an overnight to fully charge my phone while normally it could be done in 3hours when I charge my phone at home.

Immediately welcoming me was a stench of humidity in the room. It was worse in there bathroom. The whole room just didn't feel very clean. I think I overpaid for this 'panorama' room when it was a limited view and blocked by some trees. The bathtub on the balcony was a strange lay out. Too many insects and crawlers for anyone to want to take a bath on the balcony. Breakfast was the best part. Service overall was very good, staff quite courteous and spoke average English. I would not return here.
