屬一間很好的酒店，夠豪華，由芭東到達只需約20至25分鐘，十分方便。美中不足就是酒店內的餐聽一般般，價錢也太高。但酒店內服務員招待簡直是服務周到。今次只住了一晚有點可惜，希望下次在來的時候可以住兩晚就剛剛好

Deposit THB 2,000.00 is required upon check-in. The accommodation accepts cash, debit or credit card.

Children 6-12 years old get 50% discount of the adult prices and FOC for child below 6 years old.

Guest deposit upon check in is 2,000 THB.net per room per night by credit card

Daily breakfast for up to 2 persons is included in the room rate. Except, Family Access Pool 2 Bedrooms Suite, 2 Bedrooms with pool, daily breakfast for up to 4 persons and 3 Bed Room Villa, daily breakfast for up to 6 persons is included in room rate.

For a late check out to 18:00 hours, 50% of the contract rate will be charged., check out after 18:00 hours, one full night of contract rate applied

Guaranteed access to room prior to 14:00 hours may be reserved from the previous evening with one-night additional contract rate charge

订的双卧室的房间，但是没有起居室，和网上图片完全不一样，在最边处，景色不太好，有山和旁边屋的泳池隔板，非常挡风景，屋内也并不大。地处卡马拉山上，出入不便，摆渡车两小时一班，卡马拉海滩也没什么可逛的，酒店内吃饭性价比不高，而且还慢，不是太满意，唯一的优点，有私人泳池，不建议去这家酒店，尤其是第一次去普吉岛的，一定不要住那，单程去巴东海滩就要一百多人民币，非常不值，不会再选择。

We just came back yesterday. Hotel room is spacious and I wasn't stayed in villa. Clean and with two long sofa which is perfect for my 4 yrs old daughter to sleep. Facing the sea and part of the infinity pool. Hotel breakfast was great and they cooked according to your preference. We used the baby sitting service when I was out for dinner with my husband and they are professional and my kid had fun. They followed your instruction exactly. Staffs are all very very friendly and we would definitely come back again. This is the most impressive hotel I have ever stayed. You can also pick the smell for your room. And the welcome drink is tasty. Kamala beach which is 5 mins drive from the hotel was good. Massage on the beach under the tent was just 300 bhat per hour. The only thing is the location as it was on the hill. But thats why it has a great view compared to other hotel. The scean is definitely breathe taking. I would recommend those stay in this hotel to rent a car. But trust me, you will love it !

It is a boutique hotel with nice ocean view and spacious room. We stayed in a premium room and loved the big washroom space, and a sizable balcony with ocean view. The staff were very helpful and always tried best to provide options/ suggestions for our enquiries. Tum and the front desk staff were particularly helpful. The drawback is, there is not much nearby. If you go to town, you have to take taxi or its scheduled van to go. It is not possible to walk to Kamala beach. Anyway, a nice stay given the price. We liked it.

We felt so glad to have the free upgrade of the pool villa! The infinity pool view is fantastic! Services provided by the hotel is excellent - staff are very nice and always smile. The Spa is great and relaxing. Only one improvement needed- there was unstable hot water in the shower room. Nevertheless staying in Ayara is one of the remarkable memory for our trip.
