美麗的度假村，位置絕佳。巴安卡隆布里度假村位於美麗的卡隆海灘對面。一邊吃豐富的自助早餐，一邊看著卡隆海灘。卡隆海灘看日落是絶佳位置。酒店附近有很多餐廳、藥房、7-11和按摩店。地理位置完美。泳池水質乾淨。

去到有點舊的感覺，木衣架都變了色，沖涼磚上有水痕，第一日開水，水有銹色，電視長期有雪花；過條馬路到海灘，但座向很難得才看到海，回到酒店房或酒店泳池才可以沖身，而且沒有潤膚露提供。

整體來講……酒店設施和房間及服務員的態度各樣都很好，出去行街或找吃的都很方便，唯獨是美中不足的是吃早餐時餐廳裏的服務員態度真的令人很不舒服！沒有笑容都算了，還要粗聲粗氣及黑面！真的令人感覺不爽！！

Lidt larm fra renovering. Men nok fordi det var lav sæsonen. Men ellers meget for pengene.
Vi fik lov at bruge pool til vi skulle rejse. Efter vi var chekket ud.
De pyntede op til min kærestes fødselsdag.

Excellent base of operations for our recent trip to Phuket. Just across the road from the wonderful beach and easy walking distance to multiple eating and shopping locations. Room was clean and comfortable and quiet at night. There was music from a local club, but it always wrapped up at a decent hour and never affected my sleep.
This is a great area for families or couples wanting a slightly more laid back experience than the wild nightlife just a few miles north.

It is a great a location and most of the staff were nice and helpful except the woman in kitchen ( possibly a manager ) she refuses to give us a knife to cut the 2 fruits we bought. Instead she said we can have the kitchen staff cut it for us but when we asked the next day, she gave us an attitude. The front desks women were also not friendly. Heard 2 people arguing next to our room clearly so it’s not soundproof. BIGGEST COMPLAIN is, BATHROOM NEVER GOT CLEANED!!! Only trash emptied and toilet replaced but bathroom not cleaned at all. We waited that maybe it will be cleaned the next day but that day never came even though we asked for our room to be made up everyday for the 4 nights we stayed. Not recommending this hotel.

The hotel was a little worse for wear, but comfortable. The pool was nice, although the water was too harsh on the eyes. The beach is just across the road in front of the hotel, which makes it convenient. The hotel is also near convenient stores, massage parlours, restaurants and food courts.

Bilderna på hemsidan stämmer inte överens med verkligheten, det ser ut som stranden är mycket närmare än vad den är. Vi hade problem på rummet med tvättstället som det inte gick att öppna och tömma ut vattnet, en person kom dit och tog loss proppen som satt fast men då kunde vi inte fylla upp vatten i handfatet. Lampan på balkongen sa vi till om eftersom vi ville sitta ute och spela spel, men den kunde dom inte fixa på hela våran vistelse så det var svart på balkongen. Incheckningen och utcheckningen tog lång tid. Städningen var väldigt sen, runt 16,30 så en dag hade vi kommit upp från stranden utan att det var städat. Poolhandukar fick man inga nya.
Det var god frukost och läget på hotellet är bra om man är medveten om att hotellet inte ligger på stranden som vi trodde. Överlag känns det inte som ett 4 stjärnigt hotell, vi har bott på 3 stjärniga hotell på vår vistelse som var mycket bättre än de här hotellet.
