曼谷 Baankachitpan 旅舍

喜歡它有家的感覺，民宿主人Jam很友善會訴説房子的故事令人深刻印象，服務很好早餐每天都有變化，我們5人住兩個房間4個晚上，蠻開心的～ 唯一不方便是在巷子裏，走路約3～4分鐘，附近有商店吃東西方便

名宿在小巷子裡面，晚上走還是很害怕的，不過老闆人很好

Rooms are beautifully decorated. The owner of this hotel is super friendly. She showed us around the hotel. The breakfast provided was awesome!! Although it’s not close to any metro station, there is a S1 airport express bus nearby which is very convenient to those who rush :)

剛開始到的時候 天氣已經很晚了, 走在小巷裡, 會有一些害怕, 有幾個流浪漢躺在河邊. 我開始會擔心安全問題. 氣溫很高, 河有點發臭. 所以第一印象不是很好. Check in 很快, 房主很nice. 房子也很漂亮. 會事先講一下安全與上鎖問題, 當地民居淳樸,讓我不要擔心安全問題. 我晚上的時候再走路去考山路. 發現原本有點臭的河,突然完全沒有味道了, 而且周圍有一陣陣的蘭花香. 很神奇. 我最喜歡的是建築很美, 工人也很nice, 每天的早餐, 房東會和房客閒聊, 而且早餐超!好!吃! 每天不重樣. 住了4天, 越住越喜歡. 真的太棒了! 經濟,划算,古樸的地方. 適合體驗當地生活.

酒店房間很大很乾淨, 位置也不錯, 服務人員很好很有禮貌, 而且價錢不貴, 我相信下次來時也可以再次訂這間酒店.....

Great stay! Wonderful staff who helped me straight away when I asked about laundry and also booking a private taxi for the following morning. Very professional and polite. The property itself is a lovely place nestled in bustling Bangkok, but down quiet streets so you feel very relaxed! Really nice

Very warm and kind staff. Located near by one of the busiest road yet the hotel remains like a little oasis preserved from all the noise. The hotel and room are clean and spacious enough for a short stay. Unfortunately (and I guess it's bad luck), we had a neighbour that was extremely noisy and as the wall a quiet thin (in the Thai style house) we could eat everything( conversation, music, door banging very loud at 2/3am..) we couldn't sleep much during two days.

Very cute cottagey feel in the middle of busy Bangkok. Close walking distant to many sights. Good breakfast as well. It was a great fit for our 2 night stay.

The area nearby is chock full of dining and convenience stores and is very lively. 100m down the road at this place is dead quiet save for the bird or occasional motorcycle. Very affordable. Free breakfast that's not like a buffet of little sausages and boiled eggs, but rather a made to order plate that changes daily. Great coffee from higher end espresso machine. Fairly walkable (by Bangkok standards) to Khao San road and the MRT is also a ten minute walk. You can probably be at the airport in probably 45-60 minutes from walking out the door if you hustle. Could easily be 200 baht more a night and still be a great deal.

La chambre et les parties communes sont impeccables, le lit est très grand et plutôt confortable! Le personnel est vraiment très gentil et arrangeant. Le petit déjeuner est également très bon et varié chaque jour ! La guest house est joliment décorée et il y règne une agréable ambiance, elle est située dans une rue calme à l’écart de la grande rue. Nous avons trouvé que c’était idéalement situé pour faire plusieurs quartiers à pied et lieu à voir Nous recommandons vraiment et avons adoré l’expérience à Baan Kachitpan

We wanted to experience a more authentic stay in Bangkok then a shiny modern standardised hotel, and that is exactly what we got. Our taxi has trouble reaching the property using the address, but we then typed in the name of the hotel to Google Maps and walked there. It is a beautiful house and they have done a wonderful job turning it into a hotel for guests. We felt welcome. The breakfast was excellent. Like pad kaprow but with whole pieces of chicken rather than minced meat. It was hot when we arrived in our room but the air conditioning dealt with that. The location is excellent for walking or grabbing a tuktuk to nearby sites for tourists. We would absolutely stay again.

L'hôtel et très calme et les chambres sont très jolie ,le personnel et très sympathique est serviable et le petit-déjeuner et très bon et change tous les jours l'année prochaine je reviendrai

The premise is located in the very local area, and you can enjoy good atmosphere. There are many local restaurants around. Some staff members don’t speak English, but all are really nice and kind. You are advised to take off your shoes in the hotel. The room is clean and the shower is good, but the drain was slow. I like this hotel and recommend it to everyone.

The host team are very kind. The breakfasts are yummy and convenient (fruit, rice, curry). I would stay here again. Never needed to wait for a bathroom or shower. It’s a little oasis out of the bustle, but convenient to walk.

Nice and calm place

The staff and the breakfasts were excellent. Keep in mind that some facilities are open to the outside elements, including insects.

Supercute wooden house with impeccable cleanliness in a quiet neighborhood. Small terrace for breakfast, good coffee n a nice small breakfast served with a smile. As it is a wooden house, you do hear your room neighbors from the side n above. Still loved it for my first days in Bkk, good start to begin to explore. Would prefer it any time to the busy commercial aereas, although there is no metro n few buses...but beautiful temples around n a little bit less traffic. Hope to be back some day.
