Actually more of an apartment than just a room with small kitchen. Lovely balcony with views through garden and palm trees. Looked recently refurbished to high standard. Nice welcome. Only used as a base would love to have had more time to chill on the balcony. Slightly too far from main strip if that’s where your interests are 25 min walk…. Lovely and quiet

Nous avons été agréablement surpris de la qualité du logement. Nous avions réservé une nuit pour voir et finalement nous avons passé tout notre séjour d'une semaine ici. Un véritable appartement 2 pieces neuf et moderne situé sur les hauteurs de Koh Tao avec vue sur la mer et une partie de l'île. Au calme éloigné des bars et restaurants. Comme cité dans d'autres commentaires il faut grimper quelques marches. Mais pour la vue ça vaut le coup. Quelques petites fourmis se baladent mais sans véritable gêne. Certes pas de piscine ni de restaurant mais un accueil agréable, on nous a offert 2 papayes à notre arrivée, du pain fait maison et surtout le sourire sur les visages de tous les employés. Frigo, micro-onde et tout le nécessaire pour se faire son petit déjeuner. Avoir loué un scooter au préalable pour accéder à l'établissement. Je recommande ce lieu surtout pour les couples, les familles et les personnes souhaitant être au calme

利点 サイリーまではとても近い 美味しいお店もちかくにある 24時間のスーパーが近い 従業員がとても親切 お湯も問題なく出るし水圧も良い ホテルのWiFiも問題なく使用できました。 難点 ホテルまで急な坂を上り、急な階段を登るので大変 (荷物は頼めば快く運んでくれます。) ドライヤーは頼めば置いてくれますが最初から設置されてはいないよう。 掃除、タオルの取り替えは毎回頼まないとたまにスルーされます。 レセプションは7:30までなのでそれ以降に何かあっても対応できない。 ホテル内の内線はないので頼む時はいちいち階段を上り下り。 部屋によってはベッド以外の家具は何もない。

Un bel ensemble niché dans la colline, des chambres spacieuses et propres. Tout près du centre de Sairee Beach. Le patron est très aimable. A noter, pas de petit déjeuner sur place, mais bouilloire fournie.

Detta hotell var ett av de bästa hotellen vi bodde på under våra 2 månader! Hjälpsam personal, fina rum, underbar utsikt. Det enda som finns att nämna annars var att dem inte städade dagligen, och vi som bodde där några dagar hade behövt det haha men annars super! Lite dyrare men man får vad man betalar för.

отель новый, номера хорошие, шикарный вид.Но! сам отель находится далековато от пляжа и нужно постоянно идти в горку. перед отелем так вообще очень крутой подъем. мы брали байк на прокат и с подъемом проблем не было. за 4 дня, что мы пробыли в отеле, в номере ни разу не убирались, ни разу не меняли полотенца, ни разу не добавляли воду и шампунь/ гель для душа. а так как влажность там большая, то полотенца были постоянно влажные ( сушилки у нас не было, но у соседей вроде была), ну и запах тоже стал появлятся.

Helt fantastisk dejligt hotel med super smuk udsigt

Fantastic view towards the sea and hills. The room was spacious, clean and modern. Balcony Villa is located a bit up a hill and for us that was no problem (actually a perfect way to get rid of all those Pad Thais we ate) but it might be difficult for older/disabled people to get there. A few minutes walk down the road is several places to eat, a little supermarket and laundry services. The location is good if you are planning to explore the island. We walked up to Mango Bay one day.

アクセスはサイリーエリアからバイクで3~5分程度です。ただしずーっとのぼりなので徒歩ではかなりきつい。特に最後の登りは文字通り心臓破り、そのうえ宿は斜面に点在する形態なので、気軽に部屋に戻るという用途には不向きかもしれません。ただし、それを除けばOwnerは非常にFriendlyでStaffもはにかみ屋の兄ちゃんやきれいに部屋を掃除してくれる女の子とか地元テイストあふれる素敵な宿です。ホテルは非常に新しく気持ちがいいです。今回割り当てられた部屋は最も高い場所にあったため景色は素晴らしく、部屋の前のバルコニーでPartyもできるスペースもあり部屋も広々として、シャワーもばっちりでしたので、総合的に私にはあっていたと思います。ちなみにバイクはこの宿でも借りることができます。徒歩圏内にはSuper marketもあり買い物には困らず、朝早くからやっている欧米系の人が良く利用するサンドイッチの店Looking glass （サイリーに降りていく道の左側）もおすすめです。Ownerの飼っている小型犬と遊ぶのも楽しいよ！

This is a relatively new hotel (since Feb 2016). It is located up on the hill, about 15-20 min walk to Sairee beach. Pros: 1. The owner is very friendly and helpful. He went out of his way to help us book the lomprayah ferry to koh phangan and various other tours. 2. The place was quite clean. There's no room cleaning during your stay, but that's to be expected with most Thai villas. 3. Air con worked well. 4. Balcony was nice. We had an ocean view room but I wouldn't say the view is worth paying more for. 5 Quiet!... other than the frogs that croak at night 6 Bed is comfortable. No stains on the comforter or pillows. Cons: 1. No breakfast and it's a bit of a walk to the nearest restaurant. 2. If you're wanting to be right in the thick of the action of sairee town then this place may not be your best choice. That said, it's easy to walk and they have various taxis and shuttle services available. 3. It's up on a hill so that means a bit of sweat to get to your room. Overall, the cleanliness, quiet hillside setting, comfort of the place and the owner's hospitality make this place great. It's a solid 3* hotel option.
