The location is no good

Walking distance to the beach, invisible edge swimming pool is stunning (a bit small). Location is quiet and a bit far from the central with cost a bit on every trip to go out. I am happy about the staying, will recommend this hotel for sure.

It was just ok. Location is not great. A bit too far from most everything. Butdid not feel secluded and private either. Beach small, no chairs.

It’s an ok resort because they don’t provide lounge chairs on the beach for their guests. You have to PAY FOR THE 2 PERSON CHAIR WHICH IS AN INSULT PARTICULARLY TO SOLO TRAVELERS. THANKFULLY I STAYED AT A NEARBY RESORT THAT OFFERED A DAYPASS ON THE BEACH WITH TOWELS AND LOUNGE CHAIRS. It was a 15 minute walking distance from The BANDARA BEACH RESORT. The WATER TO RINSE OFF THE SAND WAS LOW PRESSURE FAUCET INSTEAD OF A SPRINKLER. BREAKFAST WAS DECENT. THEY SHOULD PROVIDE THEIR GUESTS WITH BEACH CHAIRS AND TOWELS

The hotel was clean. The staff were so nice. The room was a little small but nice. The pool was clean but small. The beach felt like a private beach. Overall it was very nice!

Rooms were very clean. Yao at the front desk was very helpful and patient with me at the time of check in. Beach front property made it very accessible. Near lots of restaurants and a 7/11!

Breakfast was nice with lots of choices, staff were very responsive. Comment3d to management that the standard towels were wore and in need of replacement. Pool and restaurant areas were very nice and beachfront was great.

Så fint hotell, perfekt att man kan äta frukosten ute! Alla supertrevliga och ligger lugnt o skönt med en fin strand.

The pool was great.

Very friendly and helpful staff in the reception and cleanliness was also good thanks to the crew. The rest had normal standards for an average hotel in Phuket. The area and surroundings was pretty uneventful and the view from the pool and upper floors was, except from the sea, a lot of old constructions. What made it a bad experience was their booking/management team. We were supposed to make a reservation for two nights but mistakenly did three. We noticed it immediately as the reservation was confirmed and contacted the hotel to change dates. Due to “a policy” they don’t do changes. Needless to say, once we go back to Phuket in a week for another few days of vacation, we certainly won’t choose Bandara beach resort.

The location was beautiful, the rooms were perfect, but what made this resort so great was the service! When an electrical breaker malfunctioned in our room, Dream, Siam, and their manager, Yao, went above and beyond our expectations! They made sure that our stay was special. The breakfast buffet each morning was very nice. The fire show on the beach (free for guests) was awesome. And the onsite restaurant had a good variety of food, and it was nice to sit on the patio and watch the ocean waves. The next time we are in Thailand, this will be the place we stay!
