I waited to check in for 2.30 hours and the room lock was not working, so my door was open for 4 days and there is no one you can talk to. They respond very, very slowly, once in 1 hour or 2 hours

The unit is located in a condominium that prohibits short-term or daily rentals. Upon check-in, the owner instructed me to “piggyback” with another resident to obtain an access card, claiming I would be able to enter and exit the building freely. However, this was misleading, as the card only grants access to the elevator and does not open the building entrance. The condition of the room was also below expectations. The digital door lock is visibly old and appears fragile, the card slot for power is loose and partially detached, the cabinet door under the sink is misaligned and swollen, and most notably, the toilet had not been flushed and still contained urine upon arrival. The owner later offered an alternative room, but I had already used the current one briefly to shower and had left by the time he responded, so I declined the offer. Additionally, parking is not free, which I had reasonably expected to be included in the price. They also charge 5 THB per unit for electricity, but there was no clear explanation of how to pay or how the billing would be calculated — it was simply stated without any proper guidance. Overall, the experience was confusing and lacked professionalism.
