It’s very nice place to stay. We travelled to Phuket as a family trip, my cousin and I have had a great time. Definitely worth the visit x

Good

Overall is good but would suggest the hotel to provide kitchen paper as a lot of families live at Banyan Tree and they need to wash a lot of bottles or dishes and theres no towel to dry them. There is a hanger but with most thai resorts there are also a lot of mosquitoes or insects that fly around, with 2 young kids and one still need to bottle feed, is just not very convenience to use the hanger alone

Exceptional hospitality from all the staff. Especially Tiffy from the Watercourt and Mook from Veya - they welcomed us and our baby Yau Yau with warmth. Our family enjoyed all our meals and activities at Banyan Tree. I also loved the cycling experience and the wonderful swimming pools. Overall we enjoyed our time here very much and would definitely come again in the future. Recommending this to everyone, especially families with kids!

大致上都很好. 唯一問題就係接待嘅員工，當時入住時，我已經同佢講清楚走嘅時間及內運車接我嘅時間，結果當走嘅時候，架內運車冇到，原來接待員工沒有跟進

very good spa service , super good food quality at Veya, and overall good at other outlets, yet very limited choice of Eng TV channels, no movie channels on TV

The villa is clean, facilities quality maintained very well, safe, staff are nice. Carpark are available. Water activities in the lake are safe and enjoyable. There is a beach near the hotel that worth for a visit. Moreover, the outdoor activities booked and arranged by the hotel are of high qualities. I enjoy living in Banyan tree in Phuket very much and highly recommend to people who would like to travel to Phuket.

Calm, refreshing and peaceful. value for money. Staff are cheerful and helpful. Breakfast has wide variety of choices.

酒店配套一流

The Banyan Tree Phuket resort is suitable for family with children. We stayed in the grand 2 bedroom pool villa. The pool was well maintained. We also enjoyed the famous spa treatment in Banyan Tree Spa. Spa treatment required advance booking and it was fully booked 2 days in advance. The Thai restaurant, Saffron, served yummy and traditional Thai food; however, the restaurant had no air-conditioning. We could use the free bicycles to travel within the resort. Please bring along mosquito repellent. We definitely recommended this resort to other travellers.

非常好，價錢貴但質素成正比 環境設施保養很好，不會感覺殘舊 服務一流，無論任何時候所有員工包括收拾房間和花園的員工都會向住客微笑打招呼 早餐非常好吃 但需換乘接駁車比較麻煩，到酒店外的車有時候等比較久

非常好的體驗！四大2小朋友玩得很開心！酒店附近沒有食肆，如需搵食要出附近小鎮搭的士300匹一程，小鎮那裏有超市可補給，周邊都好多美食選擇。在酒店住宿至小要住兩晚先滿足！

環境清靜優美，房間舒適，員工態度非常友善有禮，泳池很正很大，按摩池也很大，唯獨是比較多蚊，水池很多青蛙，感覺上比較舊

酒店範圍寜靜，環境舒適，戶外泳池美觀；房間內部寬敞，設施齊全，房內有露天私人泳池，早餐美味、種類多選擇。

整個酒店設施的配套，環境優美，每位員工熱情有禮。私家沙灘很美。每間villa的室內泳池，很贊，package 包每日free cocktail ，正。最喜歡是massage & Spa 的質素，極力推薦!
