I booked deluxe room, big room with separated bathroom. The bed is quite big (may be around 200cm). The service is very good. I would like the hotel to improve the Hot shower system that wait too long to be hot. And the cleanliness of the swimming pool as we found lots of insects in the pool. Overall, it is an impressive stay at Belle Villa resort.

มาพักผ่านที่นี่เป็นครั้งที่4 รอบนี้มีเสริมเตียงแจ้งล่วงหน้า ไปจ่ายเงินเพิ่ม550บาทตอนเข้าcheck in จ่ายเรียบร้อยแต่ตอนจะcheck out ออก มาเรียกเก็บเงินอีก บอกไม่มีRecord ว่าจ่ายเงิน และบอกให้รอก่อน เพราะติดต่อพนง.คนรับเงินไม่ได้ บอกให้ไปเปิดกล้องวงจรปิดย้อนหลังดูได้เลย ก็บอกต้องผู้บริหารถึงจะเปิดย้อนดูได้ รอไปรอมาก็ติดต่อไม่ได้ สุดท้ายบอกถ้าเช็คได้จะโทรกลับมาแจ้ง ผ่านมาอีกวันก็ไม่เห็นแจ้งอะไรกลับมา ถ้าผ่านไปสัก1อาทิตย์มาอ้างว่ายังไม่ได้รับเงิน ลูกค้าก็ผิดสิเพราะหลักฐานจากกล้องวงจรปิดคงหายหมดแล้ว สรุปไปเที่ยวต่อแบบไม่สบายใจเลยว่าจะถูกกล่าวหาว่าไม่ชำระเงินรึเปล่า ปัญหาเกิดจากระบบตรวจเช็คของทางรร.เองแท้ๆ

The location of the resort is good, located in the mountain valley of Sameng, the weather is great when I visited there. You will be surrounded by hills, forest, and the small stream run though the middle of the resort. the only disappoint for me is the room that I stayed, big house 3 bed rooms, is a bit old and seems really lack of maintenance. the hot water is not steady and the wash basin's drain is broken. But in average the room is clean the bed is clean and the furnish is work, so for me it's ok but not recommend for the family with small children.
