Very friendly staff, well trained, even the cleaning staff is greeting the guests. Hotel is indeed a bit old, maybe one of the oldest in this area. Nevertheless spacious room with everything that was needed. Beach is in walking distance, and so are many bars and the famous soi 6. Family mart, Starbucks and Mcdonalds right around the corner. The best thing about this hotel are the guests: some elderly Europeans, polite Japanese and other respectful individual travelers from Asia. No Chinese or Indian tourist groups. Very quiet.

Very good value. Location a 2 minute walk from beach, and close to many restaurants, etc. Pool area is beautiful but not heated. Staff very courteous and helpful. Breakfast is white bread with jam and instant coffee.
