Variety of food is bad. Just egg egg and sausage for everyday. But this hotel is recommended if silom or siam area is full

Close to a building site so was concerned about dust could come through Aircon with Asthma. So was kindly changed to the smaller cheaper studio room which was nice room with sofa and TV and kitchen sink but no TV in bedroom. Two Breakfast rooms confuses things in the main hotel breakfast area staff were not very friendly or engaging like most hotels food mostly cold no cappucino or latte coffee just the type left to stew in the pot. Ignored on the way out just small things help in the customer experience that is commonly found elsewhere in other hotels. The other Breakfast area, which is in the opposite building to reception was more organised and staff much more aware of the customers and friendly and helpful. Reception was hit and miss on customer care one young lady very good others not so engaging. 6/10.

5 Star apparently um maybe 20yrs ago when built, curtains ripped & dirty air con big puddle water on tile floor I fell over hurt ankle, room not clean proper, TV smallest in the world need magnifying glass to see it, unfriendly at reception some things they advertise don't exist, gym etc. Helpful friendly kitchen/food staff, handy to yanhee hospital where I got ankle looked. Won't go back to that place.

Had a business trip around the area. The hotel was very clean and tidy with friendly staffs and service. Would come back here in the future.

The hotel is perfectly located, near shops and restaurants. The facilities in the hotel were nicely maintained, new and clean. The staff have been extremely helpful and friendly making us feel welcomed. Top quality hotel, will be back!

Nice service. Good place to stay for business in neighborhood.
