Bad service, no service mind, cheating at check-out time, the staff has a grumpy face, does not advise customers, does not answer questions, chases customers to check out, does not change the dirty blanket, uses the same customer's room, does not receive customer needs, the bathroom is dirty and does not work, the air conditioner is not cool enough for a room of 12 people. This is the worst trip to stay here.

พนักงานเวลาคุยกับลูกค้าเสียงเบาแต่เวลาคุยกันเองเสียงดังเชียวน่ะ ทีแรกนึกว่าเป็นคนพูดเบา และทิชชู่ในห้องน้ำมีแค่1ม้วนแต่ลูกค้าใช้กันเป็นสิบๆคน สรุปทิชชู่หมดตั้งแต่ยังไม่ทันค่ำ และต้องใช้ทิชชู่1ม้วนทั้งวัน มันจะไปพอได้ยังไง เจ้าของรู้หรือเปล่าว่าทิชชู่ในห้องน้ำไม่พอ หรือเป็นการทุจริตของพนักงานเกี่ยวกับการจัดซื้อของใช้ต่างๆ

Lần thứ 3 mình ở đây nhưng có lẽ là lần cảm thấy hơi bất ổn nhất. Bình thường mình ở tầng 4 thì sẽ không thấy nước chạy trong đường ống, lần này mình ở tầng 1, phòng 104 và đường ống nước nhà vệ sinh tầng 2 có vẻ là ở ngay trên đầu phòng mình nên mỗi lẫn có ai giật xả nước là rất ồn luôn. Nhất là lúc 4-5h sáng có người dậy đi vệ sinh giật nước, tắm gội, nước chảy rào rào nghe rất khó chịu. Còn lại mỗi thứ vẫn OK trên mọi phương diện, suy chỉ có ở phòng này lại bị vậy nên từ sau mình sẽ không ở phòng như này nữa.

Lần thứ 3 mình ở đây nhưng có lẽ là lần cảm thấy hơi bất ổn nhất. Bình thường mình ở tầng 4 thì sẽ không thấy nước chạy trong đường ống, lần này mình ở tầng 1, phòng 104 và đường ống nước nhà vệ sinh tầng 2 có vẻ là ở ngay trên đầu phòng mình nên mỗi lẫn có ai giật xả nước là rất ồn luôn. Nhất là lúc 4-5h sáng có người dậy đi vệ sinh giật nước, tắm gội, nước chảy rào rào nghe rất khó chịu. Còn lại mỗi thứ vẫn OK trên mọi phương diện, suy chỉ có ở phòng này lại bị vậy nên từ sau mình sẽ không ở phòng như này nữa.
