Cape Panwa Hotel

Everything is good here, especially the private beach and the ocean scene! The food is delicious and clean here, and the service is nice with a quick response. I'd like to come here again.

nice resort with restaurants nearby. However the seaview room is almost fully blocked by trees with only a glimpse of ocean... service at the breakfast buffet is also lacking

The overall Service is satisfying. The hotel gave us two complimentary cakes to celebrate my birthday. The only thing to improve is the clogged toilet. We need help to unclog the toilet everyday,which is annoying.

It is a quiet hotel because its biz is very slow, but that is good for us so we have had a quiet and lazy holiday inside the hotel. Their staff is difficult to communicate and even I need a small & simple thing, they did not want to help.

这个酒店由自己的小半岛和私家海滩，里面有许多皇室独家的照片，有点泰国钓鱼台的感觉。外国老爷爷奶奶一定的非常多。有特别棒的海边的廊道以及小火车，在酒店呆一天都会非常棒，处处有惊喜

I got updated and the room was huge with the pool and a bit of the sea view. I personally love the lobby design. I had two meals within the hotel and the foods were also good.

the environment was relaxing; if you travel with several people, it's a good idea to book the hotel van to and from the airport, which is quite far away.

This hotel has a world-class staff - they are so bad that you can barely believe it is real. An old woman at the beach-side restaurant literally yelled at my friend because she, for a second time, can't understand what the heck she is saying. On the last day, hotel manager suddenly offered two rooms to replace our seaview room that accommodates 3 persons. When we packed our stuff and go to the new rooms, we were surprised how small and old they are! And there is no view! And the manager refused to give us back our old room! Dear fellow travellers, if you are looking for a bad hotel that is near nowhere in Phuket, choose cape panwa!

建議不要住villa，因為私密度低，離地矮，pool景觀差。住小套房就可以，又可遠見東南兩海，私人沙灘靚，有多項水上活動，酒店有較平價的shuttle bus送返巴東和布吉市。

酒店很大，环境很幽静，很适合度假，而且酒店既私人海滩好唔错....基本住入去都唔需要去其他PP外岛嘞.....两个字：舒适

非常好的酒店，服务，酒店设施都很棒。讲究人与自然的和谐。唯一的缺点就是交通不便，酒店提供的的接\送机服务使用的车子是十人坐的，价格为一千芭一趟，太过昂贵，建议酒店能提供机场接送的拼车服务。

This property looks like it was great some years ago or with the last owner, but his since started to dwindle. Deferred maintenance is evident around in most places. Staff was helpful when put to the task of correcting something that shouldn’t have been an issue in the first place, but nonetheless corrections were diligently addressed. The biggest complaint would be the food. Overall, it was really subpar. One meal in particular was so awful. It was inedible. A grilled seafood platter for two was presented to us. The appearance, rotten smell, and presentation of the food was deplorable. The shrimp and lobster tails looked as though they had been harvested from a bucket of sewage. Our waitress quickly took it off the bill and agreed that she would not eat it. On another occasion on the day of our departure, we were offered a breakfast to go as we had paid for the breakfast buffet, which we were told in the morning before we were not allowed to take anything from with us on our excursion. The box breakfast on the day of departure consisted of a couple of stale pastries. The cost of adding breakfast for the four of us that was missed for two days was very disappointing. This property could be great again, but needs a major cash investment and some serious staff and kitchen training. We were on a very long six week holiday and this was two days of long our journey - it was the low point of our trip across nine countries. We were disappointed. Food pic attached.
