Specifically, the toilet spray kept dripping, which is a maintenance issue. * Room Amenities & Age: * The A/C is quite old, though it was functional. * The fridge is small and old. * I did not receive or see any toiletries (only two bottles of water were provided). * I forgot to ask for the WiFi password. * Common Area & Facilities: * The common area is not very appealing and was used by the owner for afternoon napping. * The lift is old and not very clean. * I did not see any laundry facilities. * The front desk was staffed but I was not sure if it was 24 hours. * Early Check-in Fee: The owner may charge an extra 50 baht for early check

Nothing is special.Room, blanket, pillow are so underrated. Renovation needs to be done .

The room is spacious, the location is okay, I booked the room for 1 week, toilet paper and drinking water, if we don't ask for it, they won't refill it. The receptionist doesn't really want to welcome us. We sat downstairs waiting to receive our order, be careful not to be bothered by a young man. Some people have good service, but some don't. Overall, I'm not very happy. It 's just right for the price. For this price, you can't expect more than this, but what 's convenient is that there 's an elevator.
