room - everything about the room is just perfect
shower room - got minor smell of drainage problem, if improved could be perfect as well
staff - helpful, cheerful and professional (a bit slow pace but it's holiday so...)
all in all, my number one pick if I visit kata beach again

Upon check-in, you are required to bring ID Card, PCR Test Result. The required documents can be in the form of soft copy.
Facility Notice
Chanalai Romantica Resort will be temporarily closed for upgrade work from May 1st to June 30th, 2025. This decision has been made to enhance and improve the overall facilities and services closed temporarily from 1-5-2025 to 30-6-2025.
Minimum Age for Check-in Policy
Minimum age to check-in is 18. Minor guests must be accompanied by adults upon check-in.
Upon check-in, you are required to bring ID Card, PCR Test Result. The required documents can be in the form of soft copy.

旺中帶靜，生活所需一應俱全，酒店住客很少 碰到亞洲面孔，每個房間都有露台， 每晚都會買宵夜到房間露台，飲酒食宵夜聊天。而且酒店不給18歲以下人士入住，所以相對比較安靜。但缺點浴缸有除不去污漬，感覺清潔差一點點

i was very sick one night in the hotel and i asked the receptionist any hospital nearby and he replied me no and it usb very expenrsive to go to those hospital in Patong, and referred me to a visiting doctor who charged 7000 baht for only a medicine tackling allergy which cost only 100 in pharmacy. Then i rejected and asked the recepitonist any other suggestion and he said no. Then when i am wating taxi by GRAB, i heard the receptionist talking with the visitng doctor on phone with thai language. The hotel is very inhonest.
Also when i am booing the hotel omen month before, i was replie that i could check out by 1pm, but finally they charged me 200 baht late charge and said no exceptional case is allowed. i think i was cheated by this hotel.
The breakfast area is very dirty and many mosquito flying around.

I've chosen the pool access room by hotel.com, when I arrived, the staff has prepared my record and checked in quickly. The staff are helpful, they listened to me and my partner patiently.
Breakfast is simple, less choice, but enough.
Swimming pool is good. I could swim any time when I wanted. It's near Kata Beach, not far away. Good.
