Zimmer waren sauber aber kein warmes Wasser. Das Frühstück bestand nur aus Toastbrot Butter und Marmelade

Rapport qualité prix au top, Un hôtel familial vraiment top, les villas sont assez spacieuse, la piscine est au soleil toute la journée, le personnel de l’hôtel est au top, je recommande ✅✅✅

Very poor accommodation. Rooms are dated very old. No shampoo or body wash. Had to wait till 430pm to check in. One star is really more than I would give. For the price not value for money. Definitely not 4 star. I have nothing positive to stay.

No wifi or television in room as advertised. Listed as a 4 star hotel but really a 2 star at best

Poorly managed and maintained. Not good at all

Personnel très gentil et agréable. Nous sommes cependant quand même très déçus sur la réalité de l hotel. Qui ne correspond pas tellement aux photos affichées. Elles ne sont plus d actualité du tout. L hotel n est pas aussi mignon qu en photo, la chambre etait envahie de fourmis. La decoration de chambre est identique aux photos . Donc pas de mauvaises surprise sur ca. La salle de bain est vraiment pas terrible et pas de photo sur le site. Salle de bain toilettes et lavabo tout en un.. Lorsque on se douche la salle de bain reste inondée d'eau pendant la journée entiere voir même la nuit, pas très sympa pour aller aux wc apres... ou accéder au lavabo pour se préparer... Autour c' est franchement pas beau du tout.. plein de débris de voiture et compagnie sympa la vue. Apres l ensemble est jolie, et la piscine est propre et jolie même si elle n'est pas très grande.. Bon malgres un personnel très serviable on s'est pas senti super super dans cet hôtel et on avait hâte de changer.. dommage c est le seul de notre voyage qui nous a deçu... on y restais que pour dormir ...

This is a nice budget resort. It’s a bit older, but the staff makes up for it. Really amazing and caring people. In our room our bathroom door didn’t close and one of the lights went out. The rest of the room was fine.

Es ist okay dort aber es ist besser geeignet für Backpacker als Familien.

The hotel pictures are misleading. It's not as nice as it looks, needs a good scrub. But, the pool was a great temperature. Family run business I think. They seem to live there. If I'd wanted to stay with a family that's what I would have looked for, not a hotel. But, we didn't chat to them so they pretty much ignored us. We had the do not disturb sign on the door, it was ignored. We didn't see a bar or restraunt while we were there

We stayed in an ac room for 2 extra dollars Pros: staff was friendly, room was clean, and environment was quiet. Staff was nice and accommodating. Cons: expensive (all of koh samui is compared to the other islands). Just add about 10 baht to food and drinks and thats how much it is from koh tao or koh phangan to koh samui. Not hotels fault at all.

This hotel has character, charm and a very warm, homely feel. The online photos are very good but in reality it probably needs an upgrade of it facilities which are a little bit tired in places. Even so, I had a generally very pleasant stay and felt welcome here. The staff and family were very nice and helpful, they did their best to make me feel looked after. Unfortunately, the only exception was the young teenage girl who sometimes worked on reception in the morning, swept the floor and helped with breakfast. This girl perhaps should not be left to deal with customers, she possibly seemed too young to understand the importance of customer service. I had a few dealings with her along with other customers which could have been better. The rest of the staff were fantastic and always helpful.

Hôtel familial..... autant dire qu'on embete le patron et sa fille lors du déjeuner le matin. Sa phrase"i don't have" super elle elle mange devant toi des œufs le déjeuner, mais quand tu en demande pour vous chers clients il n'y aura pas. Les draps ne sont pas changé. Points forts la piscine La patronne (l'épouse et les filles aînées) sont super mais pas souvent la.... malheureusement. Allez ailleurs ou l'accueil sera sympathique.
