Chiang Mai Thai House Tha Pae

民宿主人親切有禮，會主動詢問你的需求，雖然房間沒有吹風機，不過可以跟他們借用，雖然房間沒有茶包和熱水器，不過在一樓入口，有提供熱水、咖啡、茶包和小餅乾免費取用。房間不小，一進入房間他們會用毛巾折成天鵝的樣子擺放在床上，滿不錯的。不過浴室沖澡的地方有些小，而且沒有置物架，有點麻煩。不過還算是一間不錯的住宿地點，而且離塔佩門很近，不管是逛週末夜市或是週日夜市都很方便。

我3人住在地面層，設施比較舊，厠所洗臉盆去水位會漏水，冲厠水另我好煩惱，每次使用完都難冲走，要等水滿再冲，要冲3-4次先冲完，早餐…不難食，但會送去房內食，但房間是沒有枱的，她們會帶一張類似可放在床上的枱仔，但我是3人喔，一張床上枱仔放了3盒餐，感覺不好，出面街餐廳多，早餐是好選擇，所以住6天只食了2天早餐，房內設施都係舊，電制插蘇座是普通要自備轉換，位置放便，行出去轉左就可到古城，轉右行一段路可到一個夜市。當然1分價錢一分貨。

地方舒適，地點零静，位置也離古城非常近，行z分鍾便白鴨門，附近也有便利店及一間大的SPA店及小老闆專門店，早餐好吃在對面，下次來也會考慮這間啊

安靜，乾淨，床軟硬適中很好睡，冷氣沒有惱人的噪音。 地點佳，出巷口就看到塔佩門，飲食，按摩，購物都很方便。 重新整修過，有漂亮的庭園，小游泳池，好吃的早餐。 櫃檯及老闆很熱心，這次騎車受傷，受到他們的幫助，很感謝！ 這十年來，只要來清邁必住，很開心看到chiangmai thai house 的轉變。

離搭佩門很近，地點很方便，清潔及房間設備老舊，同樣價位，你有更好的選擇

The hotel was good, the room was as described and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The pool was also great.

My family had a great time staying at Chiang Mai Thai House. Great access to amenities and markets. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Excellent séjour. L'hôtel est parfaitement situé entre le centre et le night bazar. Piscine un peu fraiche mais très appréciable après une journée de visites. Thé et café à disposition pour les clients.

Nice room, nice pool, bed was very hard but most Thai beds are hard. Here’s some advice from a Canadian BnB owner. Yes I own and operate my own BnB near Victoria Canada. It would be sooooooo easy to purchase 3” soft memory foam mattress toppers for these old mattresses. This would make them so much more comfortable to sleep on. The front desk is a nice entry and nice people. Besides the hard mattress I would recommend this place.

Simpel hotel op een goede locatie. Nightmarket en het oude centrum op paar minuten lopen afstand. Kamers ind e buurt van de trappen zijn wel extreem gehorig. De gehele tijd hoor het bonken en bonzen van mensen die naar boven en beneden lopen. Vooral als er spelende kinderen continu de trap p en neer rennen kan het gaan irriteren. Rond 12 uur in de avond werd het bij ons beetje rustig

Très bon hôtel avec piscine très près du centre ville. Il manque uniquement un service de petit déjeuner.

Fuyez - arnaque : Je ne suis pas compliquée, mais je suis choquée de ce qu’il m’est arrivée. J’ai réservé une chambre supérieure, lors de mon arrivée, on m’amène dans une chambre (cf photos) avec la porte cassé en rez de chaussé qui ne pouvait être fermée. La chambre était très sale, des cheveux partout, du papier wc usagé, des détritus dans le frigo. La fenêtre de la chambre donnait sur le local poubelle. J’alerte l’accueil qui me dit que nous allons faire passer la femme de ménage (j’ai réservé il y a plusieurs mois déjà…). Je voyage seule et demande une solution pour la porte. Finalement, après une longue attente on me propose une chambre classique au 4ieme étage sans ascenseur, sans tv avec une invasion de fourmis, tous les matins vous serez réveillé très très tôt car il n’y a aucune insonorisation et les draps sont très sales (cf photos). Je suis restée la durée de mon séjour, et j’ai demandé une solution pour la différence de standard des chambres, je ne voulais pas être entièrement remboursé mais au moins une nuit pour le principe. Ils ont refusé car j’avais réservé sur expédia. J’avais payé le prix d’une chambre supérieure le prix d’une classique d’après eux, ce qui explique qu’ils m’ait poussé à changer de chambre, volontairement pour la relouer chère. Je suis hyper déçue, et pour le prix d’une chambre en Thaïlande c’est assez cher pour le service médiocre proposé. Je vous conseille de vous dirigez vers des guest house moins cher et beaucoup plus sympathique

The room I stayed in was extremely dated, and the bathroom was nothing short of appalling—an absolute eyesore that felt unsanitary. The water pressure was abysmal, and the hot water lasted all of three seconds before turning cold. To make matters worse, there was no iron provided, so I had to wear rumpled clothes during my stay. The only redeeming factor was the staff. They were friendly, polite, and went out of their way to help, which I genuinely appreciated. However, even their great attitude couldn't make up for the disappointing state of the facilities. I would not recommend this hotel unless you’re a backpacker with low expectations and just need a place to crash for the night. For anyone else, spend a little extra and find somewhere more comfortable and updated.

Good area

Great property set a block or 2 off the Main Street making it quiet but convenient. Only issue I had and reported to the front desk (and they were already aware of I might add, making it a known issue) but didn’t have the energy to move rooms on the 2nd day of my stay since they were sold out the first day, was a pump right outside the window of my room (110 I believe, end of hall on the right) that went on and off consistently every 5-7 seconds. So if you are a light sleeper I would recommend avoiding that room.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The pool was really nice and overall lobby area was very clean, aesthetic and updated. The room was good and clean. Bed was comfortable and the staff were so friendly! I would stay here again

De två tjejerna stannade uppe hela natten då vi skulle åka tidigt på morgonen.. Det här var ett bra hotell med enastående service.. Vi kommer tillbaka
