Staff was very friendly and attentive, rooms are cleaned every day, fairly quiet for being on a busy street. Great location, easy walk to restaurants and shopping in the old city. Rooms are quite large, with a big refrigerator, good air conditioning, and hot water for showers, but there is not a comfortable chair to sit in. The website advertises a swimming pool, but it has been closed for quite some time, that was a disappointment.

Nice place and the location is not bad. The room is clean and nice amount of space. I love it. The shower tap keeps dripping water even if I close it. The rest is all good and they provide shampoo.

It was advertising with a swimming pool. We booked this hotel because we would like to have a cool dip however the pool was green and dirty on our finding (see attached). We spoke to the receptionist and she just kept saying it's been closed for two weeks when we tried to explain that we booked because of this reason. She just didn't care and didn't attempt to resolve the issue.

ห้องกว้างมาก ได้ห้องหัวมุม วิวรอบด้าน ดีมาก แต่ที่กระจกฝุ่นหนามาก เหมือนไม่เคยทำความสะอาด ระเบียงมีอ่างล้างจานแยก แต่ไม่ทำความสะอาดเช่นกัน ในห้องมีโซฟา เก้าอี้นั่งชมวิว เตียง โต๊ะเครื่องแป้ง ทีวี ตู้เย็นใหญ่ โคมไฟหัวเตียงฝุ่นหนา โต๊ะเครื่องแป้งชำรุดเป็นรูเหมือนโดนทุบ ลิฟต์น่ากลัวมากๆๆ สระว่ายน้ำชั้น 7 ไม่สามารถว่ายได้ น้ำเขียวปี๋ ไม่เคยทำความสะอาด ตะไคร่ขึ้น สรุป ห้องกว้าง พื้นที่ใช้สอยเยอะ ครบครัน แต่สกปรกครับ

ข้อดี: โรงแรมหาง่ายค่ะ ติดถนน ถ้าใครไม่มีรถเรียกรถสองแถวแดงได้สะดวกมาก ผ้าปูที่นอนหอมดี มีที่จอดรถอยู่ใต้ดิน มีลิฟต์แต่ค่อนข้างเก่าหน่อย มีกล้องวงจรปิด ในโรงแรมมีแผนกขายของจุกจิก เซเว่นและกาดสวนแก้วเดินไปได้ ข้อเสีย: ตอนมาเช็กอินพนักงานหาเมลยืนยันการจองชื่อเราไม่เจอ (แต่เราก็ช่วยเขาหาจนเจอค่ะ ไม่งั้นไม่สบายใจ) ถ้าใครมาพักต้องเก็บหลักฐานการชำระเงินดีๆนะคะ ไฟในห้องไม่ค่อยสว่าง ตรงทางเดินเวลาใครผ่านไปมาจะได้ยินเสียง ห้องน้ำไม่แบ่งส่วนแห้งส่วนเปียก ทำให้เวลาอาบน้ำจึงเปียกทั้งห้อง ท่อระบายน้ำไม่ได้ปิดฝาท่อ ด้วยโลเคชั่นและราคา คิดว่าโรงแรมนี้กลางๆค่ะ
