Actually it didnt have toothpaste n toothpick in the bath room, the bathhub looks dirt n damaged, i texted the hotel about renting car but they didnt reply me finally, the whole look of the hotel is old n a little bit damaged, the staffs are nice, but have to ask about the adapter, hair dryer, the bathroom had so much

Lived there for 4 days, very great customer experience but the room just a bite old and may have some insert visited you at night time but overall is fine. You got more than what you expected as this price.

We stayed at the Deluxe room but most of the furnitures and equitments were broken. Eg. a stick out nail at the bed frame would easily cut your feet out, no hot water for one day, and the safty box was out of order so we had to call for service. This was not a good experience except their high speed internet was stable.

因为很喜欢竹子而定了这家酒店，也确实到处可见竹子，微风吹过有阵阵风铃响，环境很清雅，睡到自然醒很舒服。工作人员也很nice。我们想更换成双单人床的房间也尽量帮我们安排，虽然最后时间上对不上没换成。不足的地方就是离镇上有点距离，免费巴士的班次少，都要定点。白天我们散步去镇上其实也很方便，就是晚上回来麻烦，几乎没有等到过酒店的巴士，只能自己打的。哦，还有spa是收费的，相对比较贵。

这家酒店远离海滩，广告上说，步行前往巴东滩只需15分钟，但估计至少30分钟。尽管酒店安排了穿梭巴士，但逢正点才安排一班次，因此要外出的话，需提前安排好时间。
酒店前台工作人员对穿梭巴士的安排似乎不太熟，中午时当班人员告诉我，回程巴士的等候点，与去程的落客点不同，导致我提前去到那个等候点，一直等了过了发车时间，仍未见班车抵达。致电回酒店查询，告诉我在另一家商场门口，我便再折回他们所说的商场等车，但再次过了发车时间仍未见酒店车辆。忽然想到，会否有相同名称的两个商场，在地图上一看，原来其实就是落客点旁边的那一间。如果酒店人员能清晰提供指引，我便不用白白浪费了两个小时在等车了。
酒店本身而言，由于建筑在离开正滩的一段山坡上，离商业区估计超过一公里，因此，返回酒店后，基本上没有任何事情可做。
客房还算舒服，全部带露台，但由于旁边是一个大水塘，因此蚊害稍稍严重，幸好房间配有杀蚊水。
一个多月前，酒店刚刚配置了全新的健身房，正对前文所说的水塘，如要健身，还是一个不错的选择。
对我而言，以后都不会再帮衬这家酒店了。最主要系因为不方便。

On their hotel website they mention they have a gym, sauna and a shuttle to the beach. None of this is true or correct.
They don't replenish and restock the shampoo and shower gel. The rooms are really dirty even after they come in to clean them. The rooms need a huge upgrade. They also don't provide any entertainment or activities at the hotel, which I thought was really ofd and strange.
The front desk staff and the waiting staff at the pool are great and all of them are kind. The location is great. Very close to beach, nightclub, restaurants, shops. Etc
I realized that I booked a cost effective and reasonably priced hotel, but I would have paid double if there was a gym, sauna and if I had a TV that actually worked where you could see the screen.

The property is conveniently located, off a very busy, somewhat marginal road however, it is run down. The bedroom had a great AC and good water pressure- BUT- the BED was sooo hard it was worse than sleeping on the floor. Thanks god there’s a massage parlor right outside the property. The room also had a balcony door that did not close properly (mosquitos bitting us all night) and the shower liner barely kept water in the shower because it was sooo old and flimsy. The one good thing- was the sheets and towels were clean. Would not stay here again.

Being a little away from Bangla road and the crowds were what I wanted but if you want to get there it’s a 15 minute walk. Overall I got to relax and explore. I got the bungalow so not sure what the basic rooms are like.
