可可貝拉度假村

O hotel fica a poucos metros da praia, a gente não achou nem um pouco barulhento, ou pegamos o quarto na beira da piscina. Foi muito bom, isso que a gente já conseguia pular na piscina direto da varanda. O atendimento foi muito bom, a gente teve que deixar um depósito na entrada. De fato, era mais barato reservar por aqui do que direto na porta do hotel. Tudo ótimo!

I really enjoy this hotel and was the best option to stay in phi phi islands

Muito bem localizado, um café da manhã ótimo e o restaurante com ótimos preços, quartos limpos e piscina boa!

Great location with many bars and restaurants nearby. The ferry pier and the beach were easily walkable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was lovely and there were at least 20 sun loungers to use. Breakfast was ok. The bed was very firm, it would not be to everyone's liking.

Let’s be honest! The lady in the counter was so rude and has zero tolerance and respect for the guest. Her way of communication was so bad that every guest who wanted to check in had a struggle with her. She was more interested in her phone instead of giving good service. We was told that we could check in 14:00 local time, when we came back the lady told us our room wasn’t ready and no one couldn’t check in. 4 guys came in when we was waiting for our room to be ready. They got checked in right away since they paid cash. When I asked why we couldn’t check in now since we have been waiting for so long, she answered us back in Thai. I got frustrated and asked what kind of service is that, and are we waiting for so long when the check in time is 14:00, she didn’t wanted to replay and looked other way. Few seconds later she told an other lady who was wearing hijab that she could give us our room key, that was in back room. That lady need some manners and respect for other guest. When I asked about where is the manager she told me she was in Bangkok and will not be back before next week. This experience and service from the lady will definitely make this hotel lose costumers. Anyhow, hotel was nice and location was good but the experience and service from the lady in front desk was so bad that we will never book this hotel again!

Triple room was very loud, with party noise from the street.

Place was in a great location, the staff was super friendly, but it was the most uncomfortable bed i've ever been in, it felt like I was sleeping on a piece of wood. But besides the bed great place!

Huone allaspääsyllä oli mukava omine aurinkotuoleineen terassilla. Allas alue ehkä hieman liian pieni suhteessa hotellin kokoon. Monipuolinen aamupala.

Great stay, only criticism is the mattress is very hard. Would stay again though, very central but didn’t hear any noise from my room

We booked a bungalow. There was barely any lights in the room or bathroom, we had to use our phone flash lights to be able to see. The air conditioner intermittently blew hot air and you couldn’t change the settings. Most uncomfortable bed I ever slept in. Strong mold smell in the bathroom. Insanely outdated room and uncaring staff. We checked out early because it was so terrible. Save yourself and your vacation and stay in Railay beach.

Gostei desde a recepção no pier, do conforto do quarto, limpeza, banheiro com meio box, toalhas a vontade, bom café da manhã e pertinho de tudo mas muito silencioso. Ficaria lá novamente.

Centralt, hvis du godt kan lide at feste og ikke er så glad for at sove, er dette hotel optimalt. Ønsker du mere rolige omgivelser og søvn om natten, skal du holde dig langt fra dette hotel. Hotellet er ikke lydisoleret på nogen måde og støjniveauet er så voldsomt, at man ikke kan sove. Det er på ingen måde pengene værd.

Super piscine, très belle place pour profiter de l'île, fête, repos et marche. La salle de bain était un peu petite mais rien de majeurs. Le soir, nous entendions la musique mais nous étions averti. Je recommande

Zimmer ganz hinten mit Sicht auf die Wand inkl. Gestank nach Kloake, sowohl draussen als auch im Zimmer. War den Preis zur jetzigen Zeit nicht wert. Zimmer mit Sicht auf Pool stark zu empfehlen. Das es laut wird in der Nacht, wussten wir. Immerhin war der Kofferservice top. Sauber war es ebenfalls. Bett war leider zu hart.

Coco Bella is in an excellent location on Phi Phi island. Right in the centre of everything! The staff were lovely, and the hotel was very clean. The room was clean however, very small, has ac but no fan, the bed was very hard and you can not flush the toilet paper (might be the same for all hotels on the island). The buffet was also very limited however they did have a menu of food which you could order from at a cost.
